Going solo to pretty much anywhere in Vegas is not weird. Happens all the time.

Vegas is the only place I go solo. This upcoming trip will be my 5th time or something, solo. I don't have any poker playing friends and my gf doesn't want to come. Not weird at all.

No choice. The ATM cards offered by BetOnline and Bovada both have charges for a declined transaction, so you have to know how much the max the ATM dispenses. Its a pain, but a great method of payment IMO

TO WEIRDO GOING ALONE TO VEGAS.... just kidding man tons of people are solo there every day. Just sit at the bar at restaurants instead of getting a table and theres a good chance other solo diners will be there with ya. Start with a bar that has sports on TV so if you get uncomfortable you can just stare at MLB highlights or whatever is on.

I even see people at strip clubs that are solo on the regular. Nothing is off limits that would normally be reserved for groups, except maybe a couples massage i guess

^^^ What Canoe said. I just booked my 12th trip a few mins ago. I'll be solo for 100% of it, maybe my 3rd like that. But most of them I was solo for at least a few days. Eating, drinking, etc, is only awkward if you make it that way.

Couple of questions for those in the know. We have a Sunday red-eye home and are trying to decide what do before our flight.

(1) Can we hang out at the pool after we have to be out of our room (Bellagio if it makes a difference)? Any other accommodations we could be requesting?

(2) Any recommendations for a Sunday daytime/early evening show?

Thanks!

Debating seeing O at Bellagio in a month or two. I was looking at ticket prices and was confused why some seemingly good seats are cheaper than seats five rows behind it. Apparently views can be obstructed in the center section? Clueless on the O Theater, so any comments / pointers would be helpful. (yes I know I can call their box office)

The very front rows are not considered the best seats for Cirque shows because you can miss things going on at the far ends of the stage.

Don't know which section you mean specifically, but some seats up front are cheaper because they're in danger of getting splashed by water during the show.

bring your poncho and you'll be fine

i've seen a fair amount of shows and cirque shows and O is still the best imo.

I have a gig at the Bellagio Convention area in a couple weeks. Anyone know if you can reach the South parking garage from Frank Sinatra Dr or is the Strip the only way to get there?

Was under the impression that them waiting was virtually no money for them (browsing their stupid driver site)

Pretty sure the only thing you can get to from Frank Sinatra is the employee parking or delivery entrances.

yea compared to an actual ride it's low but compared to the $0/hr sitting and waiting for a new ride it's an ok deal

Well that's what I thought, but the drivers seemed legit angry about it. Didn't know whether it was easier to just get 2 separate vehicles but that's ******ed. Thanks for the reality check.

I lurked a Uber driver board for a time while I was thinking about becoming a driver.

It's true, they don't like waiting. Stopping for a singular bottle of wine, that's fine. But if you're gonna do a lap of an entire Target, they'll probably want you to end the ride and just request a new Uber when done.

Obviously almost all casinos have a sports book. My 2 favorites are MGM and Monte Carlo. Big comfy chairs and large easy to see TVs.

TAG bar in the Linq. 300+ beers available and if you half-ass pretend to play video poker you can get them comped.

For straight up sports bar with decent food options, check out Blondies Sports Bar in the Miracle Mile shops by Planet Hollywood. All you can drink draft beer and well drinks for $20 during happy hour.
