Seems like secretly taping at the table, if ever published on a regular basis will be efficient way to get banned from rooms. Publishing people getting crushed and embarrassed will 100% eventually finf it's way to security. People from right here on 2p2 will dime you so fast.....Suggest end the folly if you intend to live and play in Vegas

Why would you think I was trying to embarrass anyone? It's pretty random hand sampling too so if anything several of the hands would embarrass myself.

Would love to hear from anyone with knowledge of this ...I am currently unaware of any concrete policies against using a camera at a poker table so bans would seem extreme?

+I'm not particularly secretive about it, tbo it's probably kinda obvious at times. If any floor staff were to ask me not to at a particular location I of course would refrain from doing so...

^have 3 videos encompassing roughly 1.5 hrs so been lot of work, will be uploading the first 2 Monday and the 3rd shortly on the heels of those.

*Would love to hear more thoughts on the filming at the table issue though

Hey Whey, another fan of the thread signing in. Think "lurker" is getting a bit overused, though!

I don't know whether you've addressed this and I've missed it, but are you filming people's faces at the table? I think that's where I'd draw the line, and I agree that someone would complain at some point. I think you'd get away with showing hands (the ones made of meat that have fingers on), cards and T-shirts.

^reviewed vid, 95%+ no faces, may have snagged a blurry one by accident but def for the most part none. That and the fact I remove the audio makes everyone pretty indistinguishable.

To clarify Whey, I like your thread and think you sound like a decent guy. I'd buy you a beer if we ran into each other in Vegas. I'm not interested in following you around surreptitiously, picking up your leftovers in restaurants and putting them in a special box in my attic or licking the screen when there's a photo of you on it.

You should watch out for the lurkers, though. They probably do things like that.

lol thx i guess, stalk on or simply be entertained :P. waiting for the trooper/vlog thread current fire to die out and see where pieces land/how it plays out.

*had a free night at GVR last night, did some shooting to do a full hotel/casino review video and all went well (other than losing $490 at 1-2 arg) until 9a.m. (check out at 12:00) when some asshat maintenance or construction people started grinding tiles and hammering sht in the room next door...heard other people complaining about the noise in the lobby even from other floors though the epicenter of the clusterfk was literally next door to me. come on Stations...WTF?

Uploading tom afternoon/night. Was waiting for the old vid thread fallout to settle as well as some other things but didn't want to say anything untill I was 100% that it was good to go since I already had so many setbacks. Not sure I was able to accomplish what I wanted with them but ive come a lonnnng figuring things out (this was like a 70 yr old learning programming code) so if people like the vids I'm sure it's something can now implement fairly consistently and with increasing quality.

naw, originally was going to do a vid of some wsop stuff but just couldnt get enough decent content together. the vid idea and format pretty new to me.

im uploading 2 vids to youtube right now hopefully goes smoothly and then should be uploading a 3rd tomorrow

Whey, I also don't understand why you think you shouldn't be raising with T3 sooted from the CO but should be raising with 95 sooted from the button.

i know what you mean as far as just going agro on ATC from possion but 95s on button is a good deal superior to T3 sooooted in the cu just on the merits of the hand alone...lot more of peoples calling ranges to my open are going to include 10x than they would 5 or 9x and the rare time we fill a triple gap on a 9-5 is going to be completely indistinguishable

Raising from a worse position can gain you position. Raising from the button obviously can never gain you position.

FWIW, I actually think you are raising too wide, but I suppose that would depend on your table image.
