I've continued grinding it up this week, booked more of that series of small wins before having a bad session at Planet Hollywood on Saturday. I ran pretty bad including pushing trips hard on 3 suite boards and losing to the same guy who had only a non nut overcard of that suite and rivered 4 card flush twice in the space of 10 minutes. That said, I played rather poorly as well probably losing twice what I otherwise might have and going -$457 on the night. Fortunately I bounced back the following night playing solid and going +$552. Proceeded to book two +$200ish sessions before finally losing an Omaha8 game for -$97 today. I'm taking tonight off to hit the gym and relax for a big weekend push.

I was out of action one afternoon/night from hanging out with NCJ. He came over and had the gf bleach/crazy ass color his hair pink and purple, then we went on to sushi (Tokyo Boys but was too drunk to take sushi porn pics), craps, and daaaaaaaaa Palamino...with heavy drinking all along the way. Needless to say was a solid fun night despite taking bruises on the craps table.

Big cash grind going down this weekend then my summer mtt schedule kicks off on the 27th so I'll try to do a little write up leading into that and then small updates/twitter feeds as the mtts go.

It's actually fairly cool in Vegas for this time of year and will be until Monday/Tuesday.

Don't usually vent bad beats on here but I have a pretty puke-worthy one from last night. pp99 flop 922, I was pre raiser in EP and lead flop, get min raised, raise, and guy fist pump jams A2...case deuce gets there. Also KK < AK twice and QQ < 9-10 when a guy got super sticky on 10 flop and made the 9 river. Somehow only lost a buyin after all that so...let's just go run good tonight.

Geez whey... All you can do is get back at it and exploit some tourist tonight

lot of volume this weekend...mixed results but I'm happy with how I played overall and finally got back in the 2-5 seat even if it was for only a few hours. I'll post a little update/pics and yes I'll even remember to post a few hands tomorrow then it's gonna be bang straight into the tournament slam which should be pretty exciting. Will post updates and pics from the WSOP scene directly on here and will be tweeting at least my portion of the action in real-time at twitter @Wheydacheese.

hey I'm sorry to come into this thread with off topic questions that may be considered dumb or non relevant to your thread whey. but as a frequent lurker I trust your advice and don't know who else to ask tbh.

I fly in Thursday morning and am playing collasus. I'm a procrastinator therefore I did not pre register. I was playing in a local game last night when someone told me I may very well be SOL on still getting into flights. I assumed I would have to brave disgusting lines at rio but did not count on the fact that it may be sold out and I would have to be on standby or some ****.

should I be fine heading straight to rio thurs and registering for fri/sat?

I'll chime in and tell you yes, go to RIO WSOP registration on Thursday when you get in, don't try to register on Friday and you should be fine!
