Digging out of the downswing nicely but been a low volume week and it's been a lot of small consecutive wins...like +$180 +$50 +$140 and so on, still can't complain. Also correcting some lifestyle lapses in fitness/nutrition that may be helping me along.

Late night post session Musashi Habachi with NCJ and Porkchop...NCJ made some nice new ebony friends, weren't bad to look at but dam they were meannnn haha
I'm such an Omaha8 nerd, stayed close to home yesterday crushed the O8 game then stocked up at the Farmers Market just before this storm came in
**Thread saver lol, been training gf in gym (she's the conditioning/nutritional guru but I'm the one to see for muscle/mass gain) for upcoming NPC show run as she tries to get IFBB pro card this year; progress/posing pics
Heading out probly to Bellagio tonight, just want to keep playing solid and making good decisions. Unfortunately 2-5 is still probably on a brief hold until I K.O. another strong week or 2.
Oh almost forgot got slowrolled with verbal pretty bad last night. Board 4-5-Q-K-8, the way the hand played out his river bet made little sense so I hero call with pp66...he looks frustrated says "all I have is 6 high", I flip the 66 and he goes "with a 7 for the strait" and rolls the 6-7...good times.
Well the small wins trend continues yesterday. I put in a long solid 7.5ish hour session at Bellagio that I was very pleased with. I've been working on some aspects of my mental game/composure that I may have let slip a bit recently and have made nice strides in that field last few sessions. The session started off rocky and the defining hand of the night was to be: ppKK I make it $16 pre, get 2 calls...flop comes 9-8-2 rainbow, I decide to underbet to keep this older Asian fish interested since the other player is already advertising a fold so I bet $25. V flats and turn looks great for me, it's another 2 but also puts 2 diamonds on the board (almost certainly irrelevant) I bet $60 and V quickly and confidently makes it $150 leaving himself only another $45 or so behind. I know this V and that he's overvaluing a hand like A9 or even an as of yet missed draw combo here almost always so I push he snaps...river looks fairly innocent 10 (diamonds) though he can have the 6-7 so I roll the KK and V flips 1010. Kept my composure and was able to smile about it and V seemed somewhat upset he got there so I cheerfully reassured him that anyone would get all their money in in that spot (lol)...he later busted all that $ 5-bet shoving KJs into KK pre.
Worst hand I played of the night had to be pp QQ in EP. UTG tight middle age seemingly experienced V makes it $20 and I flat. Flop comes A-2-9 and he leads out $20 again which seems weak and should pretty much include his entire pre range. Pre I felt his range was 1010-AA and AQs+. I flat to reassess turn and he checks a 4 turn. This is when I go garbage on the hand, his line feels so much like KK to me here that I decide as played I can rep the A and get him off it and bet $20 myself (bad/weird/useless)...the flaw in this logic is this is only effective vs one possible hand in his range that beats me and it's just not a good habit to start making decisions ranging a V that narrow. He min raises to $40 and I make another bad choice and flat (might as well butcher the whole line). Brick river and he slides out $125 leaving himself only $30 behind...I tank and come close to hero but it's not close enough and calling it off without being confident here is burning even more $...+if I'm so sure he had KK then there's still no way for me to win this hand now so I fold. He told me he would tell me his hand when he left and when he left he claimed he had ppAA...I generally am inclined to believe someone when they are leaving and make a point of telling me then, makes little sense for him to lie and it's certainly a possibility (AA).
I suppose I have to post the occasional winning HH too so people don't think I'm completely inept. I will spare some details though bc some HHs may reveal more than I would like. I had XX (srry) not a particularly strong hand but plays well pre and had a super tight image over the last few hours so opened to $14 pre from EP getting 2 callers, one loose passive ATC fish and one winning reg in LP. Flop 4-Q-4 2 diamonds and I lead out $20, fish folds, reg min raises $40. His perception of me is very tight here so I feel like he makes this raise for several reasons. Firstly AK and JJ are in my range with this pre and flop action and he knows he takes it down right there with that +the cbet looks weakish, secondly I suspect he has a hand with equity (I suspect diamond combos) just in case I flat, he should rarely have any Q (maybe AQ) or similar hand with value or I believe he would flat and I also know his game well enough to know he has no 4s here and thirdly he is very positionally aware and undoubtedly had some intentions of using his LP to possibly win this hand from the beginning so he can have missed premium hands and speculative combos that he's turning into a bluff. I decide to min raise back to $80 which pretty much should look face up overpairs KK/AA and possibly but less likely AQ or air (but almost never given the tightness of my current image). He flats leaving himself about $165 behind which tells me his hand has some sort of equity most likely AX diamonds. He seems pretty upset about the spot as he calls the $80 and then he makes a super unusual mistake (he's a pretty solid player) but it was really late at night...he checks out of turn on a 10s turn. I lead out $100 and he quickly shows Jd9d (was the winning hand actually) and mucks. Naturally in a bubble this may seem as bad as the previous mentioned losing hand but given the dynamics of my image/history with V/stp I was very pleased with how I played it.
Ended the night with a whopping +$62. Onward to Sat night.

BC I don't think I'd shove with OP and I have robe prepared to try and win with line vs Q or at least hive myself the oppurtunity. That and it costs me minimum if I'm terribly wrong.
Nice updates man! Solid small wins are always nice to rebuild/regain confidence and keep us mentally on track to do what needs to be done.
I'll be out and about on the strip grinding some small rooms most likely this week, so I'll keep a lookout for ya and perhaps finally say hey in person!!
It's still a toss up for which pic was the sexiest:
GF pose in the lace, or NCJ in the sox and glasses.
OK well yesterday was sushi, craps degen, and strip clubs with NCJ coupled with gratuitous drinking...gtg work, will try and update this thing tomorrow
Found myself upset today that I wasn't winning more (was +$240 or so) in only an average game playing a shorter than usual session...snap racked/left bc that's as bad/dangerous a mental state as being upset about losing.
