I like the ideas so far for the photo challenge...I think I'm going to change things up from the original idea and select a number of the more 'single bullet' type ones (such as the 1000bb and Joel Robuchon's) ...should keep it from getting too monotonous and will be organic in that I can keep my eyes open/mind on the various options rather than a single subject/pursuit,

btw could anyone with experience with the Aria daily mtts suggest the 1pm vs the 7pm for being better/worse? ...not too concerned with field size, I'm assuming the 1pm is larger, was more wondering if one were noticeably softer than the other? I know the 7pm must stretch pretty late at night which one could extrapolate might result in some sloppy late-game play for those not accustomed to the hours...

Yeah we can start a game anywhere as long as we have the people and are willing to pay rake. The biggest problem for any place is there's never enough players for a certain game and/or tables, dealers but as long as we're being raked we can start a game any time.

I might possibly be down for a game like this....I don't like sitting with other crushers tho lol. If we have to pay rake and have 6-8 it might be better to set it up at someones crib and just play rake free and possibly lower stakes like .5/1? haha...man I sound like a bitch...we could even alternate spots to play

I should mention that I'd be willing to host at my place. I got a smaller one bedroom place right off the strip across from the Rio. Definitely have room for 6 on my dining room table. I have a coffee table that could seat 9 but sits low and would need more chairs and I don't have my chip set out here.

Yeah, that's what I had envisioned too. I know I'm going to be dead money against most of you (I've only played Omaha for about 10 hours lifetime). But if we can talk hands out a bit and learn from each other, then I don't mind being raked and being -EV once/week.

gah...woke up this morning throat on fire. doc says strep...picked up antibiotic script, supposed to be "1-5 days" before improvement...that's an awfully big range. supposedly won't be contagious though after a day or so on these meds.

I'm finding a bit of irony in the fact I play poker handling chips exposed to thousands of people from around the country/world every night and haven't been sick in a really long time then I take a little vacation/trip to Cali and bam...so yeah $#%k you California

I wish, I should probably come up with some satisfying like that ...in fact the only likely culprit that comes to mind is my gf made me stop and take a shower in one of those truck stop places otw out there b/c I was leaving pretty much right from the gym and was apparently smelling the car up (well the actual deal was I stop and get the shower and get bonus...entertainment...for the duration of some of the drive), anyhow the place was a disgusting dive and I probably left more dirty then arriving.
