I feel horrible for you about what happened on the final table collusion. I don't play much tournaments anymore but when I did, I was younger and usually the youngest at the table (21-23) when I final tabled and always felt intimidated by the older guys to chop. I specifically was afraid of the collusion against me resulting in me getting knocked out vs taking the chop amount.

It seems in your case there was obvious and verbal collusion but other people are more careful about it by being careful about what they say but still actively colluding. This is one of the reasons (not the main one) that I don't play tournaments anymore. You never know when you build up a huge stack and then everyone wants to chop and take you stack size power away by colluding.

I feel horrible that you didn't call the floor and ask for the definition of collusion, soft play, and one player per hand to get their attention to stop the cheating.

true story , was gonna bang out 4+ bullets but settled on 2, should be enough to ship da whole dam thing.

So despite the deep and successful satellite run to the $1100, things didn't go so well or too well as I got it in in a bloated pot as a 62% favorite vs a hand that should always be folding anyways...busto first level and somewhat disappointed.

I felt soooooo unseetesfied though so was in luck to have enough time to go late reg the GN 50k monthly $150 which I would have likely hit if not a scheduling conflict with the $1100. Ran hot and played super solid basically dominating all the way through the 500 player field until hitting some trouble final 20 players, sniffed out the ppAA in a spot I should have busto 15th with ppJJ, then 1st chopped 5 ways even (evenish stacks, massive shallow blinds 40k-80k 10k ante, and 4/5 good players) for $5800 which helped a lot in taking the sting out of the $1100 bust. Felt really good bout my play in both events (however limited it was in the $1100), in fact never got it in even flipping except one time in the $150 throughout the entire day was always a sig favorite and didn't have a single 'got lucky' moment which is unusual in deep runs. Happy with my consistency lately and hopefully I can keep it rolling.

VDS $1100 look its the angry turbo-lag Russian kid Maxim Sorokin from the Wynn ME (who was torturous on my left most of the mtt and went on to win) seated 2 to my right at my first and last table.
