Actually not gonna do like a huge update because I don’t want to write out a bunch of poker content right now but do want to summarize what I’m up to.

So I moved to Orlando for a few months where I mostly worked a lot but also got in some good poker at the Orange City poker room including a pretty legitimate sun run at plo over 2 weeks for 2500+ bbs. I’ve also been back in the markets (stock) some and binked a ridiculous return when I sold puts on American Airlines when it was near peak then parlayed that money into shorting GNUS close to its peak and on x2 margin leverage...sufficed to say I am more financially comfortable then I have been in quite some time.

Bought an RV and moved back to the Atlantic Coast where I’m across the street from the beach, girl loves the beach and I can’t complain since I get to surf/fish on free time. Life is pretty good just work 3 12 hr shifts over weekdays then get in 20-25 hours of nlh at Best Bet Jax over the weekends. Poker hasn’t been a big priority and I’ve been more than satisfied just playing fri-sun live. I do miss love tournaments a lot though and it’s looking like WSOP isn’t going to go this year from what I’ve heard. There is a big series posted at hard rock at end of November though so will hit some up if it still goes. I should probably be playing online more given the recent surge in volume and had some plans to stream but haven’t gotten around to it because genuinely just not enjoying online poker lately, lost maybe $1500 or so lately online since moving to Fla but that’s not even a factor it’s just not something I’ve been able to have any fun with lately.

So ya living easy for the moment, been back in gym getting strong again etc. Probably won’t post much on this thread for a bit but it will become an ongoing series of in depth trip reports every time I can get back out to VEGAS baby . I will probably come up with some sort of poker challenge again in not too long and will post the info here when I do. Hope everyone is getting through the Corona bs as best as possible, unfortunately I think vegas gonna be pretty sht on for a good 2+ yrs.

Great to hear your update. I check in here about once every couple of months but I've been following you since your AVP days. Pleased to see you're in a good place and are happy with how things are. I don't post much but would like to say GL/GG keep posting.

Happy late holidays and new year, hope everyone grinding through the shitstorm well. I took long break from all social media and some other things (too much PC games etc) for a bit to focus on other things. I’ve only been playing about 15-20 hrs a week as it’s no longer my primary income source but that seems to be the sweet spot to still be worth my time $-wise but also be very enjoyable and keep me engaged and motivated.

In a few weeks there is going to be a tournament series in Jax at Best Bet so I’m planning on hitting up a few of those for my first time back into love tournaments in a long ass time. I’m pretty excited about it and gunning for some final tables, will post a report of sorts on here with some hands and results etc for better or worse. Also starting to look into a possible Vegas trip on March or April bc been missing the city a lot and would be fun to write up a formal Vegas trip report on here like I’ve read and enjoyed so many of. Check back in few weeks hopefully will post some good *****.

What does it cost you monthly for basic bills to park the RV nearish the beach?

Thanks for the update would love to see a trip report from an ex local in Vegas.

$1100 w/power, water, cable, WiFi etc. Also can cross the road and be on the beach. 2br home rentals are about $1800+ a bit further back and studio apts are similarly priced but a good ways away needing to drive to beach.

Naw no GTD, I’d be surprised if it didn’t break 200k though. Apart from that though really hard to say. There’s some stuff going on down south at Hardrock that might thin field but should be beneficial as it will draw mostly better players.
