Bally’s running a promo 4 hours poker gets you a buffet at Paris. It’s pretty unremarkable but free is free...On days I play double sessions I like to split it at around 4 hours anyways so I get to load up on enough food for the whole day before jumping in second session. I wouldn’t pay for it especially the $25ish bucks they charge.




Kaya Sushi has underwhelmed me the last 2 times Ive gone which sucks bc was my previous favorite and I’d often recommend. My current AYCE Sushi is down Maryland a tiny spot in an unassuming strip mall by Target called Sakana. Price is only $25 and nothing disappoints. Very limited seating so best to get in earlier on weekends, by 7/8 it gets super backed up.










Some will disagree but I feel like they fked this Mercedes up with the paint job and spoiler...just get a Nissan GTR...



For any doggo people out there, getting a pup from this beasty in a few weeks.


That’s about it for the moment, don’t get out much just lot of focus on getting better at poker since this is year I’m pushing towards certain definitive goals. Why does the buffet pass issue date say 9/31/19?

You should have felt free to dump pink paint on the Mercedes. You couldn't have uglified it any more than the owner already did.

As mad as it maybe, that merc might be stock and not customised. Seen some very silly setups for that model.

Well, yes and no. It is an AMG tuned Mercedes and the color is called AMG Green Hell Magno.

So it is customized, but not by the owner after purchase.

Those AMG GTRs are kind of ridiculous and over the top anyway. MIDAS ASWEL go all, “C.R.E.A.M.

Forgot this dude in Bally’s game yesterday I see him in the ‘Trooper Thursday’ vids from Westgate. Unlike what I’ve seen in vids he said 0 words to anyone entire session played close to 0 hands pre/postflop for limp or raise. Only hand I can really recall he was in he called a straddle with multiple others to a K67 rainbow flop, he bet $20 into $24, a player raised to $45 and got a call, back to him he folded.

That’s OMC, I played with him one morning at Westgate. Super tight, just like he depicts himself in the blog. He however did talk we had a nice friendly discussion. Than again I initiated it and it was primarily about his blog.

Gonna go by the Westgate try to play in the trooper game Thurs night, hoping it’s fun/casual but if it’s crappy will head elsewhere. I can’t get there until 630/7ish though so hopefully not passed everyone’s bed time?

how did trooper Thursday go?

Got in around 5, Trooper game (1-3) was full so sat in 1-2, was grumpy shortstackers but they were sooo bad and we were playing 5-6 handed and they don’t adjust ranges so still make some $...seat opened 1-3 around 6/6:30 PA and Trooper in game. I tried to get action going but I was kinda the only one raising (coincidently only one drinking also). Only played one hand with da Trooper wasn’t very eventful; he limped I think utg, few limps, I just limp JTos on button. Flop J86 check to me I bet $10 Trooper calls others fold, turn 9 he checks I check, river bricks like a 4 he bets $15 and I should just fold bc he’s been nitty but I’m bored out of my mind and the spade draw on flop missed so I call he has 57 for the small straight. Trooper and PA both dip out just before 8 and game falls apart shortly after. I think game would have gone longer he stayed. Need something to get the action going should be doing shots/beer not coffee and the ‘bomb’ pots should maybe be more frequent maybe. Idk it felt like it could be a fun thing but everyone was just going through the motions. Trooper was as quite as I’ve seen him elsewhere during my time at table anyhow, I thought he might be more social in this game.

that trooper game sounds pretty boring; and leaving before 8pm doesn't seem like a good way to sustain a game. Note that I did not say nitty; although it sounds nitty too. I understand some people are just nits, but they can also be fun to play with (maybe not typically, but sometimes)! as a rec player, my main goal when i play is to have fun; and that game sounds the opposite.

Been local here for 25+ years.

A cautionary word ....folks relocate to Las Vegas and proceed to degen it up by gambling, beyond an occasional one nighter, just don't last.

Lol I am the peasants always down, I will drink some when planned but I’m still usually a nit
