Just checking here to see if anybody has a room or knows of one. I will be moving to LV in a few months, possibly October-November timeframe. Looking for room to rent for at least approximately 4-6 months (possibly longer), preferably within the $350-$400 price range (negotiable, esp. if commit to paying half of term up front or something like that). I am single, quiet, and will tend to myself. Also, can help with chores / yardwork / housework as needed or requested. Would prefer an upstairs / basement / attic type situation, if that is available.
I have rented a room in the past and it worked out great. I have minimal furniture, and while I do not require a furnished room I would prefer a bed or table if this is available. I will have a vehicle, so I need parking of some sort; I don't need a garage or covered parking, but the closer/safer the better. Obviously would prefer my own bathroom/shower area, but willing to share under right circumstances. Also would prefer all bills paid (utilities, electric, TV, internet) instead of separating. As far as area, I would prefer within 10-12 miles of The Strip and fairly close to major highway (515, 215, 15, etc.), if possible.
Your best bet is Craigslist but probably closer to $500+ for decent. Your price range is probably far away from the strip or not in a good area and someone renting out multiple bedrooms in a house.

Ya been checking CL too, but have to be selective with those options. Not too picky on area necessarily, but as close to Strip as possible. Don't mind multiple bedrooms, have done this before and worked out great with excellent landlord.
