Looking into starting a poker grind house

Can't find the correct area to post this, but I'm looking to start a grind house of similar level players, I'm loose on where it is located. (I'm from UK)
A house similar to that of Matt Berkeys 'solve for why' house: where you play poker together on certain nights and review the session at the end, going deep into specific hands.
bit about me: Just turned 18 very dedicated to playing poker, have been playing pretty much all day every day for 4 months, have been beating 10NL online at 10bbhr over 30k hands. Have been looking into playing some 1/1 live as well.
