Fair enough, my outdated dicta was a poor fit for the thread perhaps as consensual, non-professional activity is not covered. (I'll put up a disclaimer that I am not providing actual legal advice by posting itt.)

.... except the amendment might not be a shield, the trade-off discussed was between imported and local "talent", in the context of the thread.

"With the 1986 amendments, the Mann Act outlaws interstate or foreign transport of "any person" for purposes of "any sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense"

Not sure what the standard is to defend under the Mann Act for bringing out-of-state "talent". Maybe she plays an accordion on roller skates better than anyone in Las Vegas ?

OK everyone, quit derailing and be on the lookout for a 5'11 man of asian descent in Vegas. He should stick out like a sore thumb.

Once you have your man, ask if he would like his "night expenses" covered to verify.

You're all so dense. Clearly, the intent of this made-up story is this subtle-brag.

Op, by any chance, did Min ask you to call him "Master" during your night?

If so, your man is poker pro Min "The Master".

You're welcome.

Any chance that OP is the guy in the thread on NVG regarding losing the $750K in baccarat chips? The NVG thread doesn’t mention OP getting ramroded like this one, but they could be one and the same.

Same question as to a theft victim who is a "friend" of DNegs who had some large denomination chips stolen, according to DNegs ....

So the conclusion we’re making is Dnegs is the guy who lost the chips and he could be OP of this thread as well?

Not at all, that would be two unwarranted conclusions. I do not believe that DNegs is either of those guys.

I think what they are saying is that there is a very good possibility that DNegs is the person who slept with OP in his room and then took off with his $.

I don’t know. DNegs wrote a chapter in Super System 2. Super System is a course in POWER poker. A POWER TOP ripped of OP. I think DNegs is the perp and looking to unload some chips. He put out that tweet as a sneaky way to find out if people are on to him.

At first I had a similar reaction and wondered how someone could become “friends” with another guy that quickly.

But it is Vegas. Straight people hook up all the time despite not knowing each other. Why wouldn’t dudes do it too if they swing that way?

What does it matter who's gay or who's straight?

The point is he was ripped off. When does robbery become the victim's fault? Because he was too kind? Even if he was a "customer", it's still a crime to be robbed.

I hope they catch the thief and thank you for sharing. Stay healthy, stay strong and stay awake?

It matters because OP is trying to cover hat up out of shame. It’s like when your friends find out you slayed a fat girl and you try your best to deny it. It’s the same thing. Had he opened with, “I picked up this dude at the casino, he railed me all night long, then robbed me,” we’d all be sympathetic. The same a different a straight guy posted, “I harpooned a whale and woke up to find my iPad missing.”

Either Google translate or spellcheck is wreaking havoc with your posting.

You don’t know the full story. Maybe he was owed $500 and just decided to take it on his own instead of waiting to get paid.

This wasn’t like he was robbed by a stranger at gunpoint at an ATM. These guys shared a room. I am sure the police view this as more of a squabble than a robbery.

Who hasn't had a pillow fight and sleepover with a strange adult man you just met after a solid live session?
