A casino patron can not ban another casino patron from playing in a game or being in the building. And furthermore, a casino will not ban a patron just because another casino patron told them to do so.

Nobody is saying the patron is banning anybody from anything. Nor is the patron TELLING the casino to ban anybody from anything.

What do you think the high roller is doing when he reserves a Blackjack table for himself? He is effectively banning other people from his table... but in reality he has an agreement with the casino... and the casino is the one actually banning people from his table.

I assume Westgate approached Trooper (so they want his game to happen). If Trooper asked them that as part of the arrangement he wanted to control the list so as to avoid being stalked/harassed, they would probably go for that.

Tell that to Bellande. But we all know that by no means will The Westgate give Timmy the same sway Aria gives JRB.

It reminds me of job contracts you sign where the contract is for X period of time but then there's also the footnote of "either party may terminate the contract at any time for any reason." LOL then what's the point of the contract?

Trooper already said that everyone is invited. He approached it the right way by inviting all and not addressing the haters like he normally does. Any trolls would be significantly outnumbered by his fans, so what exactly are they going to do? It's going to be a Trooper lovefest. Definitely, not a troll safe zone.

As for higher rollers, do they really reserve their own table or do they simply set the limits so high that it's very unlikely anyone else will join their table? Also, they often have multiple dealers available in the high limit areas so there is not necessarily a need to share a table. That being said, I've been in Bellagio's high limit baccarat area where a bunch of high rollers were playing on just 2 or 3 tables.

I normally don't bother with non-Las Vegas poker vlogs, but the first 10 or 11 vlogs of Jaman's are on his trip to Vegas back in June of this year, during the WSOP.

They are pretty good, and his recent vlogs get much better as he has improved his camera work and editing greatly in the past 4 months.

In some ways, he is the anti-Trooper..

I really like Jaman Burton‘s videos too. The only bad thing is he comes across as a bit too narcissistic at times. Filming yourself is already a very narcissistic activity so if you add a certain egotistic attitude to it then it’s just too much to watch. I hope he tones it down because he’s really good otherwise.

The charm of Trooper is his neuroticism and insecurity balances out the narcissistic aspects. There is also the fact that most of the vloggers have regular normal lives and just do YouTube on the side, but for Trooper we are all he has. We are his friends. We are his whole life. His life would be pretty empty without YouTube. That makes him more compelling to watch for some reason.

Andrew Neeme doesn’t come across as narcissistic or arrogant at all. His videos feel like you are sitting down in a bar with a nice friendly guy to go over some hands.

Brad Owen does seem narcissistic (in an entitled-rich-kid way), wanna-be famous, and try-hard, but a little insecure too, and friendly, so still watchable. I feel like his father is very successful and there’s a lot of pressure on him to be successful too. All pure speculation of course.

CzechRaiseCharles, Boski, and Pure Aggression all seem a bit lonely. Not sure if they vlog for fun, for social reasons, or to try to make extra money in the future. CzechRaiseCharles deserves way more subs than he has.

Pokerkraut does seem to do the vlogs for fun. I can imagine him thinking, “WHY NOT move to America and become famous?”. Too bad he doesn’t realize yet that all the curse words sound low-class and trashy. Trooper only gets away with cursing because that’s part of his working-class-hero character. I still don’t know if “Trooper” is a character played by Tim Watts, or if it is the real Tim Watts. (Similar to how Stephen Colbert used to play the character of “Stephen Colbert” on the old Daily Show before he took over Late Night.) Probably a mixture of both.

Mr. Dorson is a great film artist and both his German and his English vlogs were overlooked treasures. I think Trooper copied some of Mr. Dorson’s best montages. Since Trooper mentioned he is planning something with Mr. Dorson I expect the result to be fantastic. No doubt the thing that will “change the vlogger’s game” was Mr. Dorson’s idea. Too bad Trooper will get most of the credit for it, but that’s the trade-off Mr. Dorson had to make because he just didn’t have enough subs and never got any traction. Such is art, such is life.

He is just angry that I’m not a fan anymore. If I posted here as a fan, sent money to Trooper every month, sent him a coffee mug, bought some hats and shirts to help Trooper out, and wore his hats/shirts in poker rooms, I would be his favorite poster here.

I've gotten to the point where I find myself fast forwarding Tim's vlogs or skipping them altogether. They lack any sort of story arc, technical poker analysis, news/views/etc, or any other sort of substance to make them interesting resulting in an end product that's boring and repetitive. His ego and attitude have also made him unlikable as a character. I've watched all the videos since he moved to Vegas and being a subscriber now feels like a chore. It's akin to continuing to watch a TV show that you have for years simply because you feel invested and that you have to. I probably won't unsubscribe but I definitely want be a regular viewer going forward.

If he wants to grow his channel he should work towards fixing his image and collaborate more going forward with the other vloggers. He should also improve his content in some way. Poker vlogging has become much more competitive and his standard routine of a few shots of Vegas, getting coffee/ranting, running casino to casino selling merchandise, and recapping a 1/2 session on the most basic of levels is not competitive in the current vlogging environment. If he doesn't he will continue to stagnate and lose market share. I hope he does some positive things and starts growing his channel again.

In contrast, I have started watching Poker Kraut's vlogs in the last month and am really enjoying them. I watched one of his vlogs a long time ago, didn't enjoy it, and had written him off until I gave his channel another shot. His positivity is infectious, the activities in the vlog have been fun, interesting, and enjoyable (small sample size), and the bankroll tracking connects all the videos and give some meaning to the sessions. I'm really happy I checked him out again.

Obviously Neeme, Polk, and Owen are still the gold standard on YT for those in LV.

Watching Trooper's vlogs is a lot like casino gambling. Going in to it you never know if you will have a fun and entertaining experience or if it will be a miserable waste of time. Either way, afterward, you feel a little dirty...

What is your deal NQ?

Are you a meta anti-troll?
Misanthropic conspiracy theorist?
Jaded cynical idealist?
Merry prankster?

You are tough to read. I do agree about Mariana. She is very sexy!

How much can he be making with the hats? These 3 and 4 hundred dollar losses seem to be the norm these days sprinled in with a$60 win here and there. How does he stay afloat? You have to give the guy credit for being able to live doing basically nothing while hemorrhaging money with his gambling addiction. It is ponderous.

I actually think any Trooper videos I've watched recently have been less negative than they used to be. He probably eventually realised just how badly he was coming off with his constant rants about haters, dealers etc etc. They are pretty boring though.

Hahaha Thanks though those pics are not great. I'd spent the over 100 degree day poolside so I was very sunburnt.

Fun, fun week, good times. TBC took me out to dinner during that trip too! Remember Tony?
