That looks like a good one. Should attract all the hits in town.

I thought about playing in the South Point freeroll before. But I gave up really quickly because it was obvious I was going to keep playing with the same local nits in the worst 1-2 NL games I've ever seen. Not sure if that's still the case today but it wouldn't surprise me.

MGM still has a lot of tourists in its games.

Re the 100 hours challenge, what are the drawbacks to chasing that promo? If all you have to do every 2 weeks is grind 100 hours and get an automatic minimum $300-500 x2 a month, why wouldn't every 1/2 grinder in Vegas be doing it? Are the games ****? Are the tables nitfests?

I wasn't fully paying attention, but it seemed like he was saying you can make $750 plus being able to make $300 more if you finish top 30 in the freeroll. I assume these promos are catered toward regs, because not many tourists are going to play exclusively at one place for a freeroll that comes 2 weeks later.

Neither here nor there. 100 hours in 2 weeks is a tough goal to attain for any player. But I'm not even sure Troop has put in 100 hours in a month since last year.

He should go to every other day vlogs at least to help himself achieve this goal.

I predict one of his excuses for quitting will be "the vlog suffering". It's also a ridiculous goal for someone to set who averages 15 hours a week for his career. Even if he set it at 60 hours in 2 weeks, it's going to take work to reach the quota compared to the norm.

Are you kidding? Not sure if trolling

But 100 hours in 14 days. How is this possibly a challenge?
I cringe when he says it into the camera like its gona be a real tough challenge.... That in itself probably shows how lazy he is

Have you ever tried to play live 1/2NL for 8+ hours for 5 straight days?

That sounds awful. Especially at the rooms he frequents. Bally's, Excalibur, Golden Nugget. Yikes.

Couple this with constant floundering away from the table. 10+ hours minimum in a casino just to log "7 hours" for Troop.

Don't forget:
- emergency diarrhea breaks to flush out the hot dogs & pizza
- leaving the table to walk around 15 mins/hr.

100 hours would be incredibly easy for most grinders. maintaining that pace would be grueling, but to act like that's some feat of stamina for a one time challenge is a joke

Most people that work out a lot can do 20 pushups easily but that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a worthwhile goal for Trooper. 100hrs + vlogging is no joke. I'd guess that most grinders put in like 30 to 35 hours a week. I don't think it's likely that Trooper will be profitable putting in this many hours at one time..maybe he will surprise us.

oh i certainly think that's a significant challenge for troop. not even referring to work ethic at the tables, but more so what you mentioned about having to maintain the vlog on top of it all. i was responding more to another post stating it'd be tough for any player. to that posters point tho, **** doing that in the 1/2 3rd rate games he generally frequents.

I just checked, he said he was down $92 before winning the $200 bonus.

It's all relative...for someone playing 30-40 hrs/wk, pushing up to 50 is simple enough. For someone playing 12-15 it's like a 350% increase.

No sir. He lost 92 in the session over a 7 hour period. Then he lucked out and won a $200 promo so he claims to have won $108.
