when I saw the Boski $100 offer, I was in between - "well if someone is willing to do that" go for it, and "man, that is some creative whoring".

The people that shell out $100 for dinner with Boski simply wanna find out where the good hookers/rub-n-tugs are, etc. That's well worth the $100

I was the first person to initiate a dinner date with Jeff Boski .. It was honestly a priceless experience and worth every penny .. He was extremely kind and funny and talkative .. He discussed upcoming vlog ventures with us . We discussed certain hand histories in which he was very enthused at getting our opinion .. He also ordered very reasonably and you could tell he was excited to be there .. He helped up better understand how he got into poker and we shared some of our favorite stories on and off the felt including going over some of the best moments from his past vlogs .. Honestly it was a great experience .. We stayed for dessert and talked a lot about poker in Vegas and Florida , which is where I'm from,. Jeff was nice enough to offer my a ride back to my hotel eventhough it was out of his way and we engaged in bantor and poker talk the entire ride .. I've lost hundreds of thousands playing poker in Vegas and blew thousands on shows and food and other leisure activities and I must say this dinner with Jeff boski was one of the best and most fun experiences I've had .. There's shouldn't be any hate towards him getting taken out for dinner .. We are all fans just wanna pick his brain and learn more behind the man in the vlogs and a steak dinner was wellllll worth the price , time and effort

If Boski spent several minutes of the video trying to get free dinners, and if he did it in video after video for the next several months then yeah I’d get sick of it. That’s what Trooper has done with his hats. His videos became really long commercials for his hats. Boski on the other hand keeps the focus on the poker and does some other interesting things when he isn’t going over hands. So no I don’t see the hypocrisy.

As for the other donations Trooper gets, I didn’t blame him for those. If people are so eager to give him stuff then he should take advantage of that IMO.
