Looking at it objectively, I don't mind if he's getting carbs from veggies like broccoli, spinach, and leafy greens especially if it gets him to the gym to do some real workouts...but if he's gonna be downing tons of sugary fruits, it's gonna completely mess up everything he's done so far.

If he opens the door to unlimited veggies and fruits, it's pretty much gonna be him going to the gym a handful of times to justify eating bags and bags of frozen berries when he comes home depressed about losing $1K. And then it'll lead to more loopholes for his "diet".

He also gave BikeKing a mention in one of his vlogs too when he saw him at Starbucks. Some days, he does the right thing.

It's a matter of consistency though.

Johnny Vibes is an excellent vlogger and he takes us to a world most of us low level guys would ever see. I thank him and love his stuff.

This is a result of his high sugar diet from going to Starbucks three times a day for the past 20 years. Unless he actually cuts out the sugars and gets on a workout plan he's gonna end up being on of those skinnyfat dudes. But it's still better than being fat fat.

Trooper doesn't seem like the runner/cardio type, I'm not either, but doing a daily regiment of weight lifting of low weight high reps would really kick his weight loss into next gear. More muscle is going to help burn fat. Where most people fail at his stage is going to the gym and doing a couple of days of cardio, finding out how hard it is, and quitting. He will see results way faster with the low weight load, high rep workouts.

He said he is not going to restrict them from the diet as they're currently restricted to small portions of low carb vegetables and fruit. That doesn't mean he's going to eat unrestricted amounts, but he will no longer "restrict" them from the diet.

IMO he should stay on 20grams and below as he is now, since adding in fruit will kill the low carb diet. Also, when I was on a low carb diet, I never got hungry and I had a lot of energy. Once you start carbs back up, it's twice as hard to restrict them again. This is working for him, I don't know why he would wanna stop it.
