I used to think that a few years ago..so I took a break from 1/2 NL for awhile and played some 6/12 Limit..let me tell you, those $12 bets can add up as fast, if not faster, as playing 1/2 NL..

Trooper's piles of clothes are growing in his most recent vlog.

I never thought of this, but maybe he doesn't even have a bedroom dresser?

And possibly only 6 hangers in his closet..

Does he at least have an iron? Without folding the shirts like a retail store, how do you ensure going somewhere and not looking like you woke up from a nap in those same clothes? I've maybe watched 3 vlogs in the past year and this clothes scenario is baffling to me. Especially in the living room and not the bedroom. But maybe he has some sort of pathway system where it's out of the shower, step into the socks and undies on a path to the cargo pants and t shirt, then into the kitchen. In that case, maybe it's some sort of on the spectrum next level genius.

P.s. I remember awesome blackout drunk .50/$1 lhe games at the "Billagio" (Bills Gambling Hall) 8-9 years ago. I barely knew the rules and never had an issue squeaking out a profit. Poker was a simpler time back then.

Played at Trooper Game mid January while in Vegas with my gf. Couldn't tell much about his playing style/overall knowledge of the game as he was nitting it up, HARD. VPIP was 5% over 4 hour sample. He seemed to prioritize playing the host > playing poker. The conclusion I draw now after hearing a few 4 figure losses at this game is that he didn't want to be critiqued about his play after making the 360 videos public. The 360 videos went from 30-40 minutes of straight play to highlights to now looking more like a regular vlog. Jaman and Kelly were also playing in the game. Jaman plays well and is very enjoyable to be around. Kelly got stacked by one of the regs in the Trooper home (Clubs?) and I think they are now in a relationship. I could've missed conversation around this ITT, but her IG shows them together, heart emoji's etc.

Overall, fun experience. Soft play. Managed to lose a flip to Jaman AK<JJ, suck out vs. Clubs AK >KK and get a Trooper Groupie (a Troopie) to stack off vs my top set QQQ for 1k. Girlfriend took the secondary game for 800 profit. I bought a hat. I wore it at the game, but will likely not wear it again. Purchased solely to show appreciation for the work that goes into his vlog editing and the live look in at Vegas and poker. I root for all of the vlog creators. Mostly because I'm a 9-5 desk jockey and am jealous of their "freedom" Cheers

If he doesn't want to spend money on a dresser then at least this for only $11

I probably shouldn't reply because you are just being insulting, but.....

Me not liking his accent says a lot about me? I mean, how? I don't like Boski's monotone either, what group does that make me hate?

Honestly shaking my head at your reply.

Yes, I have left the country to vacation. No, I am not a gun supporter, quite the opposite. Anything else you care to be wrong/ignorant about?

I think Flamingo and some stations casinos still spread $2/4limit so that might slow the bleeding marginally.

Props to Trooper's mom for quitting smoking for a whole year, especially at her age. I hope this gives Trooper the motivation to keep a better diet going (his diet isn't the best but relatively is better than fast food every day) and maybe even hit the gym and get into a better physical state which hopefully puts him in a better mental state.

If his mom can make a MAJOR life change for the better at a late age, Trooper has no excuse at his young age of 50!

If Trooper is 50 he can hit Senior Tuesdays at Stations. $4 movie with free slot play and free Starbucks.

I've played in the Trooper game several times and I don't understand the losses either. He spent half the time sitting out and talking to people. When he was dealt in he played very few hands. I usually stop playing early though (~11pm) since I'm not a poker player, I sports bets and randomly came across the game.

Maybe he spews late in the session?

Also, when I've played with him everyone has been super friendly and with the vlogs it was small losses or wins. Maybe when there's big losses there are people who are not friendly with him?

I played a .50/1 no limit game a few times there 10 yrs ago drunk as a skunk too.The only sober person at the table would be the dealer. The table was at the Las Vegas Blvd open entrance. People walking on the sidewalk could almost touch your chips. Would definitely be a better game for Troop if it still existed.

He had said that hanging clothes was a waste of time. Apparently folding them is too.

He would say that's too much clothes stacking. He needs the wide plastic shelving instead.

For those who are suggesting that Trooper switches to limit, the 8-16 limit holdem at the Orleans can probably result in bigger losses than 1-2 and 1-3 no limit. It has a bankroll requirement of 6k to 8k. And the rake at 2-4, 2-6, and 4-8 limit probably have insurmountable rake. Only the late Quack Quack beat those games.

A better move might be to play the same tournaments that Bikeking plays. The idea is to keep it a poker vlog without going broke playing poker.

Hanging clothes is the optimal tactic for the extremely lazy. The shirts just iron themselves while they hang. Another good way is to roll them. This way, they don't crumple yet look neat. This is advisable for travel.

I would think that some fans want to see how he plays and want to battle him there. If he has tried to really nit it up that’s lame IMO. But that’s weird because his results suggest that he has done the opposite of nitting it up.

Moving to limit is much harder than a lot of people realize. It’s not his game and he would be even more confused because of his inexperience. Even if he was a good NL player he could still easily struggle in the limit games.

Does the Rollin also count for dressed shirts?
