Spot on. Bravo

3 full body is what beginners do, and most are progressively lighter each day.

Ex. All Pro Beginner's Routine

Do a light warm up with 1/4 of your work sets weight. Do a medium warm up with 1/2 of your work sets weight. Do 2 work sets with the same weight. Choose a starting weight and start light.

Squats

Bench Presses

Bent-Over Rows

Overhead Barbell Presses

Stiff-Legged Deadlifts

Barbell Curls

Calf Raises

You will be running this program on a five week cycle as follows: The first week do all 4 sets for 8 reps. The second week do all 4 sets for 9 reps. The third week do all 4 sets for 10 reps. The fourth week do all 4 sets for 11 reps. The fifth week do all 4 sets for 12 reps. If you got all of the required reps on the fifth week then increase the weight by 10% and repeat the cycle.

If you didn't get all of the reps on the fifth week then repeat the cycle with the same weight. You shouldn't need more than one minute rest between the warm up sets and you shouldn't need more than one minute thirty seconds between the work sets. Do some cardio and abs work on non weight training days.

When he is downtown playing at the Nugget, the Main Street Station has a very good, low-priced buffet, which is a steal at around $10 with your B Connected Card. It might be the best value buffet in all of Las Vegas, in terms of selection, quality, and low cost.

The Fremont has a low-priced buffet, too, but I found the quality to be much lower there than at Main Street Station..
Is Main Street Station the place that has its own micro brewery?

Since we’re on the topic of breweries, I think that Ellis island brew its own root beer. I was never a fan of root beer. But my attitude changed after that experience.

In my year of living downtown, my GF and I ate at the 777 Brewery in Main St Casino 2-4 times a week. Their happy hour is unbeatable. $4 chicken quesadillas the size of a large plate, $2-3 drafts, $3-4 shots, $5 wings. 2 for $3 sliders. The place is the stone cold nuts. I've never had anything bad off of their menu.

Their beers are excellent too.

First time I visited Vegas Main Street had a black cherry porter that was delcious. Anytime I visit I head there to see if they have any in stock as they only brew it at certain times of the year.

Yeah, Main Street Station is a bit off the beaten path, but they have some of the better food choices of all the downtown casinos.

From Fremont Street the best way to get there is walk through Binions, out the old poker tournament area, cross the street to the California, take the escalator upstairs and then the inside walking bridge to Main Street Station.

Of course, Trooper has never thought to go there when he plays at the Golden Nugget..opting for jank places, instead..

wild guess here.. because he likes ketchup? either that or he's planning on taking over the world by creating a ketchup shortage, thus making everyone give in to his every wish.. it's one of these two reasons, I'm sure!

I think he lifts...lifts workout routines off of the internet.

Lol jk nicname. It's funny that the routine's name is an oxymoron - All Pro Beginner's routine. All Pro and Beginner are pretty much opposites.

To dip his fries in? Those cups are from in-N-Out do you know how small they are? One cup is about two packets.

Surprised he hasn't worn a tacky shirt with:

or

LOL famous.

Question:

Do you actually think any poker Vloggers are "famous"?

Even #HairPlug, #OG-OMC & #TemperTantrum are just "known"/popular in the poker community....very very very small segment of society relatively speaking.

No. Those t-shirt sayings are just self-hype talk-back sillyness.

I used that workout and IIFYM calorie counting to go from 250 to 215 while adding strength back in 2012. Kept it there until mid 2015.

I kept most of the muscle, but unfortunately added back the fat over 2.5 years in corporate America.

Currently working to get back down to 200.

Maybe Trooper should send a cap to Trump. Maybe he'll get even luckier. Or maybe the Kardashians even. LOL
