..and I am STILL a fan of Jaman..there is just no way I can believe his numbers at mostly 1/2 and some 2/5.

Whatever he is doing it is working..Subscribers, Views and Thumbs Up have increased, percentage-wise, more than any other regular vlogger in recent months..so he found the formula..

My thoughts exactly and why I like his hand histories.

He doesn't mind showing runbad. We all wink together at his dislike of folding.

He does a good job of articulating his thought process. He's easy to follow. I like considering how I'd size a bet in this spot and then watch what he did.

His drone shots are very good. That alone must take a lot of time, shooting and editing.

He's my favorite of the group ainec.

Haha Stu Ungar, I am JAMAN and even I don't believe the numbers so I wouldn't blame you if ya didn't. Like I said in my last video, this win-rate is not sustainable not by any stretch of my imagination. I really thought November was an anomaly, the first part of December was pretty normal like $15-20/hr and then I started vlogging again and the last week has been PRINTING MONEY.

I dunno man, I don't blame you for the cynicism, I really don't. Although I know it's "short-term" and blah-blah-blah...I will say that the games here in StL are incredibly soft compared to even Vegas. There are very, very few "grinders" here. It's mostly "drinking" regulars or guys that have watched every episode of ESPN's WSOP coverage and want to sit and talk about how Negreanu played a hand horribly for 3-4 hours a night.

For some context, remember when Trooper did "Trooper Across America". He stopped in St. Louis(actually that's where I met him and first heard about 'poker vlogging') @ Hollywood...he booked a $667 win here in pretty short time.

Thanks for being a fan man. I won't try to lose anytime soon, but I promise you...I will. Ha!

Thanks for posting here, Jaman.

Hope your crazy rungood continues, and now half the regulars in this thread will probably want to move to The Lou..

I can confirm, I played in St Lious and the games are softer than anywhere in the Midwest, even Vegas. However, you play 1/2 right? How do you win that much on a consistent basis against all the short 100 buy in stacks from the geriatrics that play there? I rarely.found a table at 1/2 that had deep stacks.

Quick question for Jaman: your 2+2 join date was 2007 and the poster above says you play 1/2. Not trolling as I haven’t watched one of your videos yet but do you ever plan to move up?

Jaman plays both 1/2 and 2/5. I'd estimate he plays 1/2 about 60% of the time and 2/5 40% of the time, in St. Louis.

When he was in Vegas, he played mostly 2/5 at the bigger places such as the Venetian, Aria, etc..but he crushed the 1/2 at Bally's just about every night, just like he crushes 1/2 at Hollywood in St. Louis, just about every night..

Jaman, love your content and watch all your vids. You are on a massive heater so enjoy it! as you are doing now.

It's cool that Boski can whiff 3 buy-ins, but then produce an awesome clip that entertains, and he still maintains a great mood. The single father of two boxers cracked me up.

I admire both of you guys and appreciate all the sacrifices you make to produce this content.

The new Trooper video came out just now on Red Rocks. He won big but he said he is going to quit playing poker. This surprised me. I too feel frustrated when I lose but I go to my file and take a look of trends--downturns, upturns, hourly--and i feel better. I'm not sure if Trooper really keeps records. I think it would help him to do so. I would have jumped on any free coaching that was offered me and still don't really understand why Trooper doesn't do so. If he quits poker I think he should deal or wait tables. He was good at both and they'll guarantee he survives. I'll wait to see what he posts though on this topic.

There's been a new heading on his white board for a while now called exit strategy. Never knew what it meant but I assumed it had something to do with a life change.

As for the coaching, it's hard to convince someone they need a coach to move you up in the ranks from a regular player to a crusher. It needs to come from their willingness to be the best in the game. They need to rise up from the rest. It's not all about value betting great made hands and felting fish. A true crusher loves playing against professional players (theyre much easier to read for starters).

Trooper has brought Las Vegas to people who don't have the opportunity to play there every day and for that he's a master. I don't care if I'm "better than him", it's not a reason to troll and hate. Some of us evolve and some are still stuck in kindergarten, as seen in this and other closed threads. If you do something that you love and it makes you happy, I would take that any day over something you hate and dread that makes you more money.

Trooper kept records when he first came to Vegas. He kept showing them when he was on a heater but when he started losing he was embarrassed to show them (he admitted that on 2+2 before).

Also he said he didn’t want to look at them and they made him feel worse because the overall results were much worse than he thought they should be.

For most Vegas regs who don’t study, looking at overall results would probably make them feel worse, not better. So Trooper isn’t unusual.

He said he only likes playing when he is punishing people and making them suffer. I think it would be easier to tilt if he runs badly with a hostile attitude like that. Could help explain why he doesn’t enjoy playing that much.

He despised being a waiter and likes the idea of being his own boss so I doubt he gets a job unless he has to.

Finally saw the intro to the Neeme vlog. Once it started I couldn’t stop watching. There is a much better vibe to his videos too. He just seems so laid back and positive and looks like he is enjoying life. It affects me and I’ve noticed this with other people on YouTube. I’ve gotten more interested in his videos lately and this is a reason why. I think Brad has a similar attitude.
