and he has made about 12 or so vlogs in that time.

Do you think his vlogs would take a little longer to edit? Or are they up there with Troops vlogs? Idiot
Neeme says it takes him about 8 hours to edit a vlog. So, I think 4 hours of editing per ten minutes of footage sounds reasonable if you are doing a vlog that involves syncing footage to music. Editing is separate from capturing video. An hour seems ridiculous unless your vlog is just you talking to the camera with minimal editing.

I've actually never watched a Neistat video, but I've read that he has a consistent format that makes editing easier. He might have it easier than Trooper because he probably has a much more obvious narrative to build from his footage that he had in mind from the beginning.

This seems about right. Maybe 9-10 hours of sleep because he gets SUPER tired when he is awake for 15+ hours. Needs extra rest at that point.

From a quick google search, it looks like people will mistakenly think they are able to argue on a topic they actually know nothing about after doing a quick google search.

How much of that 6 Horus is playing and how much is walking around the casino/attached mall?

Troop's format is the same everyday and he doesn't do hand graphics. If it still takes him 4hrs to edit 10min of him walking around with a camera in his face I'd be pretty surprised.

So you cant learn anything from a quick google search?

Better hit those encyclopedias when you need to find something out

Troopers vlogs are 3 min of vegas scenery and a 10 minute unedited rant which takes him 0 minutes to edit because its unedited. He's probably gotten the process down by now id be surprised if he spends more than 2 hours a day editing.

Idk maybe it's because you don't know how much time and energy shooting and editing actually takes away from him so you discount it as a valid reason altogether, perhaps.
You're correct - I had no firsthand knowledge of what it takes; however, I do know that Boski's vlog certainly wasn't chock full of cuts, layered graphics, and other bells and whistles as compared to other vloggers. You also seem to be taking a lot more offense from my hypotheses than one would think a person in your shoes would if indeed you were "correct," in which case you'd probably just drop it and move on.

With his hats, he actually makes $1,000+ from his different mini businesses and is content running around town delivering hats and editing a vlog about his deliveries if it puts a decent roof over his head, gases his car, and pays his utilities.

That's why I think he will be vlogging for a long, long time. He's got nothing better going for him and frankly nothing else to do day in and day out.
Sharp post.

I think this is spot on..

Joe Ingram interviewed Trooper for Live at the Bike yesterday. Right now the 1hr 11 minute interview is only available on LATB's twitch channel. In order to view it you must be subscribed to the channel. If you have Amazon Prime then you get 1 free twitch subscription a month so I went ahead and subscribed to LATB for free but i have not yet watched the interview.

Saw about 40 minutes of it live yesterday. Came on here to see what people thought of it. Joey was, as usual, very kind to Trooper. I genuinely want to root for Trooper but he makes it sooo hard. Several times Trooper went out of his way to say that Trolls don’t bother him and that he in some weird way he controls them.

He was later asked if he wants to play poker for the rest of his life or settle on other things...Troop stated he didn’t want to play forever and had a few things planned. Joey asked a couple times what those were and of course Trooper didn’t have an answer....or didn’t want to say for whatever reason. They took call ins and a few people told him Troop was a cheap ass. Others called to thank him for his content and to ignore the trolls, which he again went out of his way to say how trolls don’t bother him in the least. It was an awkward/funny/disappointing interview but props for at least going on LATB and facing the firing squad.

Will be interesting to see how Trooper plays an entire multi-hour session next week vs Neeme, Owen, and the rest at the Bike..

I think he'll play more disciplined than usual, but extremely nitty and boring.

Troop will lose as much money as he's willing to put on the table in that game.

A few notes from the interview:

Trooper admitted his YouTube thumbnails and titles suck.

Trooper says he is very close to changing the game for all poker vloggers. (later mentioned something big coming up in 3 weeks)

Trooper evades question of whether he was a winning player. Re-emphasizes that he knows good players who have had breakeven years (obviously meaning Limon).

Trooper doubles down on not paying the weight loss bet because PokerKraut is a primadonna.

Trooper says he might have groupies. Said he has a date tonight but doesn't vlog dates anymore because of the haters.

Trooper admits that he used poker as a way to be lazy. Admits you can't be successful at poker being lazy.

Trooper's cockiness seemed to make Chicago Joey a bit uncomfortable.

Trooper is good for a minimum of 12 hours of sleep a day.
The guy can't get out of his apartment before the sun goes down.

No doubt in my mind Trooper makes excuses before/early in the session.

Trooper: "I'm tired" or "I have a headache" or "My tummy hurts"

Zero chance Trooper does not lay in an excuse,
then makes himself out to be a hero for carrying on in the face of adversity.

They would rather the Twitch subscribe ($4.99/month), then having it be available free on YouTube obviously.
