Probably just manslaughter. Trooper is just living his life the way he wants to live it and people are trying to tell him he can't do what he wants to do but he is proving them wrong.

Regardless, honest is not a word I would use to describe Trooper. I certainly didn't see anything honest about the way he handled the weight loss challenge. He completely screwed his "friend" over and to this day continues to ignore the punishment he promised to take. I'd argue that Trooper is quite dishonest, not just with other people but also with himself. Just listen to the way he talks about things such as his poker play and the way he lives his life. It's so blatantly obvious that what he is saying is not the truth yet he continues to say these things over and over.

Several months ago he had a weight lose bet with another Vlogger(Poker Kraut)
it wasn't for money but some sort of punishment that would be broadcast on the Vlog.

After over a month of hype, on final weigh in day, Trooper no showed and never paid up.

Trooper would argue that he showed up FWIW (40 minutes late though so PokerKraut got angry and left because that was still ridiculous, so one could argue he didn't show up). Trooper never said why he showed up so late; just said he was late due to "unavoidable circumstances" (his exact words).

It's been over 3 months and he has been ignoring questions about it, and just pretending he never had to pay up.

It was also pretty obvious he never took it seriously and I think he even gained weight during the challenge.
