He was running good early on. Once he stopped running good he stopped discussing these things.

He revealed it unintentionally. Not sure why it should be relevant whatsoever where exactly he lives. If I were Trooper I would carry a gun because of all the mentally disturbed fans/haters that we have seen both ITT and on YouTube. That being said I carry a gun anyways, but because of Trooper's raised profile and polarized personality I would double down my security efforts.

In a web browser there is a button you can click to the left of the post. I don't recall on TapaTalk but I'm guessing it's not too difficult.

Quoting posts that will be deleted makes it an additional hassle that may also leave the deleted post alive if the quote goes unnoticed/unreported. Please report posts like that instead.

Trooper Live stream is up. I just looked long enough to see he looks like his unit got recalled (buzz cut) my wifi is down for like 48 hours, saving my phone data for netflix.

Anything interesting in the video a summary would be appreciated.

All he is doing is complaining right now.

Not sure why he decided to give that video with Negreanu a lot more attention but okay. The video must really bother him even though it only has over 2,500 views but it's about to get a lot more views now.

Commenting on Troop is getting to be like pulling the legs off a grasshopper.

If his butt-monkeys don't realize that being 45, fat, bald, broke with the same employment skills at a teenager is not a positive role model you are wasting the virtual ink of a post.

I'm way behind on the times, is there a tl;dr version of wtf trooper is talking about all the time about some specific hater or troll that is doing videos?

Wow Joe Ingram's vlog looks so pro now that he has a camera man filming. I've been thinking someone needed a vlog like this for awhile, and even thought Trooper might be a good fit for a basic camera man just to let him sharpen his vlogging skills. Being visible from more than the neck up really adds another dimension to the look and feel.

Watched the 8 minute video that was short.

Trooper preaching about time management is hilarious. Not as hilarious as his hair cut tho.

This is the video Trooper keeps complaining about. Would be better without the Negreanu part IMO.

When Trooper philosophizes, it's a wow moment.

That hair cut and color job ... is something to behold.

He has admitted to going busto, and actively sought out a stake.

In terms of shrugging off the losses like it aint no thang - I think that he thinks its important to act "like a pro who has been there before" I win close to 2/3 of my sessions. Meaning 1/3 of the time I lose. I am generally ok with it and its all part of the ball game. That being said when I book a large loser I DO NOT shrug it off like its no biggy. I talk to my poker buddies and make absolutely sure that my thought process was sound and I was making reasonable decisions.

I think this is a massive pitfall for trooper. The gamboolin lifestyle is very very isolating and alienating. I can not imagine doing this without a strong network of pals to run hands by and bounce ideas off of
I see what you are saying. I actually think there is only a small chance that he is misrepresenting his results but I also feel that he has changed over the past year or so. I think the constant public exposure of his life, and unfortunately his failures, have caused him to start to lose it.

I actually thought he was a nice guy till the whole weight loss fiasco and then the vlogger's game fiasco. Then when Poker Kraut explained how he invited Trooper to his house and Trooper always turned him down, I began to think that Trooper is an extremely selfish individual and is willing to lie to benefit himself.

I figure if he can lie about the weight loss challenge and the vlogger's game, then he can pretty much lie about anything.

I feel that when you met with him a few years ago, he was a different guy. Heck, when he started the interaction with 2+2 in the old thread, he would give logical explanations to stuff and I thought he was a great guy. I used to cheer for him but I realized that he's not all that great.

I can see how Trooper thinks that he's an honest guy but it's after he builds up weird stories and explanations in his own mind and sells himself on these falsehoods. Like the "I wasn't invited" explanation about the vlogger's game and how Poker Kraut, and not Trooper, created all the drama from the weight loss fiasco.

I watch the vlog now for the drama, the YT comments, and the discussion in this thread. I see it as humor and since Trooper is paying his bills with his dumb stunts on camera, then he's fair game for some criticism and jokes. You can't put your whole life on Youtube, make money from the views, and then complain that people are talking about you. If it bothers him, he should stop the channel and everyone will forget about in a a month or so.

This has got to be the BIGGEST downside of doing a vlog on YouTube. In a city as small as Vegas, it just seems unsafe to have everyone know where you live, where you work (I use that term loosely with what Trooper does), where you get coffee everyday, what your car looks like, and that you have several hundred dollars cash on you all the time. Plus parking on empty garage floors and drawing further attention to yourself by walking around with your arm sticking out holding a camera and talking into it, all just seem like asking for trouble.

Add to that threatening people in your vlogs, challenging individuals to confront you, daring people to fight you, and asking for people to find you and start something just seem completely unnecessary.

Trooper seems to have made a point of showing his security system to deter individuals from trying to break into his apartment to steal his most valuable asset...his coffee mug collection, but I really hope he doesn't get a gun. While I feel that is a great security tool and I personally have one because it is Vegas after all, I am scared for Trooper to carry a gun. I think it will only lead to the potential for huge, life changing problems.

The guy seems a bit emotionally unstable and I feel for his own safety and for the safety of people around him, he should not have a gun. I will do HIM more harm than it will protect him from.

It doesn't help that Trooper is clearly out of shape, doesn't work out and to a lot of guys will not look threatening at all. And I haven't seen any reason to think he knows how to fight. But I guess that can explain why he tries so hard to act like a tough guy.

Plus, he has a weak mental game and is very emotional so I'm sure all of thise losing is messing with his thought process (if there is any ) and he s probably playing WORSE than he did 3 years ago when he got to Vegas.

Additionally, his motivation for the game seems to be almost entirely gone so he's not even trying to be honest. Maybe he can lie to himself and say he loses so much because he's not trying so it's not his fault. If he was actually trying, he would be crushing it in his mind. Kind of like his excuse for the weight loss challenge.
Rake has gone up in several places since he came to Vegas. At MGM and Venetian it has gone up more than once. With MGM properties going to $5 it's inevitable that some rooms will go to $6. Assuming he even is a winning player, that could be enough to turn him into a losing player.

Troopers face (nose mostly) looks like a guy whos had recontructive surgery. Maybe a reason why he doesnt drink and acts like a tough guy. Im assuming hes shot his mouth off to the wrong guy on at least one occasion years ago and it didnt quite go his way.

I'm pretty sure he's using whichever camera he bought a year ago after he got the Patreon account. No clue on the model.

So I guess he knows him from South Carolina. That makes sense. His results don't seem very impressive for a Team Pro and a poker coach...albeit it appears he mostly plays super small tourneys..ie $365s so maybe those results are decent. Regardless, he does appear to be a real grinder unlike the Trooper so I gotta give him props for that.
