Based on Andrew's view counts I think they're natural/real subs. Subs follow views.

I unsubed from Doug too. Just by the way he looks he seems like a cocky prick in real life, that tweet just confirmed it.

Also, there is no way Andrew bought subs. The count progressed naturally based off of exposure here and word of mouth. Plus he was one of the first to put out quality content on something where there was a great market for. So it makes sense that he gained the subs the fastest out of the latest entries.

Andrew's view to sub ratio is congruent so I also would say it is highly unlikely he bought any subs. The vlog has grown organically.

It appears trooper completed his 100 hour challenge.

I will guess he wrapped up the 100 hours about 1 AM

Trooper made it to this morning's MGM"freeroll"

I'm gonna guess the trooper arrived for the freeroll late and hungry ?

Hoping PokerKraut or trooper goes deep in the freeroll

Goes deep? It ends with 30 players.

LOL. Is that all you have to say after all your other posts over the past two weeks? Just to refresh your memory:

Trooper does not have the stamina for 8 hour sessions.

Serious question, can you give your player card to someone else, and have them play for you ???.
What a joke.

It's good to see trooper get a nice winning streak going while completing his 100 hour challenge.

Will this motivate him into actually treating this as a job and start working harder on improving other areas in his life or will it give him an excuse to play less hours and cause him to overlook his weaknesses since he is now crushing.

I wonder if playing at the same location every day has helped Trooper. Perhaps it has helped him to become more comfortable in the game and potentially helped him understand player tendencies, particularly if he played with some of the same players in multiple sessions.

Regardless, Trooper has had his best results during this 100 hour challenge. Hopefully he is able to build on that going forward.

So Trooper completed the challenge (strong finish) and ends up:

+3752 over 100 hours for a nice $37.50/hour during the last two weeks.

In addition he's guaranteed minimum $300 from MGM for the freeroll promo.

Total profit = $4052

This is quite impressive overall. He completed the hours challenge, posted a vlog everyday, played in the freeroll, and profited big.

By gaining a routine and minimizing decisions (MGM everyday, pretzel hot dog everyday) he streamlined his work life and could focus more mental energy on poker.

A couple more of these runs and he may be able to move up stakes, maybe even purchase an actual bed.

Well done Tim!

Trooper killed the 100 hours.. He could end up over 5k for 2 weeks of poker. The only thing I don't like is trooper being hypocritical about "promo whores" in the past. His best month is vegas was all based on players chasing high hands and hours. He should make another video talking about the upside to promo chasing, because last time he made it seem like only nits do that crap

He needed something to change, and often going where the free money is at is a great idea. I know the mgm had tons of soft spots.

Trooper, buy a pillow top for your air mattress. It's cheaper than a mattress and you can roll it up so it will fit in your car.

I think moving up in stakes from 1-3 to 2-5 makes no sense for Trooper. That is the biggest poker fairytale out there. If Trooper has figured out the lower stakes game, he should stick with it. In fact, there are probably more and better games to find at this level in Vegas. His monthly nut seems pretty low so playing higher stakes would be reckless. Even with a larger bankroll, he could still make living playing lower stakes without all the risk.

yes,
He finally did what the majority of us was begging him to do.
Stop being lazy, get on a schedule of some description and actually log some hours.

But judging from how hard it seemed for him to do this, he likely falls back to bad habits and when he loses again he will excuse it by saying not paying enough hours, followed by "remember when I did the impossible task of 100 hours in 2 weeks and I made heaps of money" blah blah blah

I was one of many who thought trooper would fail at his 100 hour challenge.

I doubted he would make 80 hrs, and thought he would struggle to make 60 hrs.

I am surprised he did it, and shocked he did it profitably, big time profitably.

I now give props to trooper for completing the 100 hr challenge.
