Wouldn't the vloggers have played 1-2 or 2-5 with Trooper if he preferred those stakes? Even Andrew has played 1-2 and 1-3 for his vlog. Trooper would have more of a say in both the location and the stakes of the game if he showed some interest.

And it's not like Trooper couldn't buy in for less or set a stop loss. I actually don't think he is that close to being broke. And he did play in a 5-10 game recently.

The quote suggests he would share his results. That's what it means to imply something. Are you actually saying it was never his intention to share results and it just happened to be a weird coincidence that he did start doing that early in his trip? Seems like a bizarre position to take.

Leon is a super wealthy recreational player. Doug Polk is one of the best players in the world.

Polk should obviously fold on the turn but I also hate bloating the pot up on the flop here with air (non-nut draws) vs these two players. If Bill Klein were to continue in the hand that would not be a terrible thing. Also the combination of other hands that Polk would raise in that spot is pretty irrelevant when you consider that the opponents here are Bill Klein and Leon Tsournik, FFS!

It was refreshing to hear Doug say he made a mistake though. Also, he comes across as a very friendly fun loving person which adds to his appeal.

Based on the shows I have seen the game will play larger than average $5/5 because of the inclusion of locals.

I am sure they will want aggressive players that frequently appear on the stream in the open seats.

If you watch the show you should have a good idea of who will play.

I know 6 of the players in that game: Neeme, Boski, Owens, PokerKraut, Rayz, BikeKing, and they mentioned a couple others as well.

The is a YouTuber who is truly lost. Zero direction on his vlog or channel at this point. If he's only uploading daily vids for views (clicks/ad revenue) then the shelf life isn't too long. If he can step back and recapture his creativity he can use this WSOP to his advantage instead of squandering it the last few.

With Trooper's love for Iron Maiden, I was thinking his shirts would be more in line to some of their iconic designs. Growing up, I wasn't a fan, but I thought their merch looked badass.

That said:

Trooper way over paid for hotels in Baltimore and Pittsburgh. $493 in Pittsburgh and $396 in Baltimore. Yikes ! His food and beverage expenses had to exceed $1000 ?

With a little bit of planning, his expenses and trip could have gone much better, much smoother.

But then again, he wouldn't be the Trooper if things went organized and smooth, would he ?

Trooper got back to Vegas alive, and at one point that was starting to look questionable.
