Get 33 and dealer showing a 5 so we split, get another 3, split again, another 3
Wind up 4x hands below 13, one of which was doubled, dealer draws to a 5 card 21

This actually reminded of a Vegas trip just before COVID.
I wrap up poker and have about 3 hours before my flight. I go to the Palms but see a pit boss who kicked me out that week so I go across the street to the Gold Coast. Pen was generally pretty meh but I found one dealer giving decent pen. I would generally spread 50-300 in double deck but when I knew I was leaving id go all in for more than that in a good count or spread to 2 hands if it was the last hand before the shuffle. I have 600 in blacks and maybe 80 dollars in green and red. So I go to 2 hands - one hand of 300 and the other for the 380ish.
The first hand is whatever, second hand 7,7 vs a 6.
I ended up splitting 3 times for a total of 4 hands 2 of which are doubled. I end up with a 19,18 and 2 stiffs. It also took a while bc the dealer had to keep making change.
Luckily the dealer breaks and again it takes a while to get paid everything bc of the odd amounts.
As the dealer is paying me the pit boss takes the decks out of the discard tray and is counting them down which I think is hilarious bc you can have surveillance count it and ans not be so obvious. I get a bunch of 500 dollar chips and cash in five of those at the cage plus whatever loose chips were left over. I know anything over 3000 they'll ask for ID and I don't have time to argue. Then I swing back by the Aria to dump the rest of the 500 dollar chips in my box there before I head to the airport.
It's fun when the big big split hands end up going your way.
