Rice must be doing it tough because it's time for another one of his famous eating like a homeless bum challenges. For the first day he only ate french fries with ketchup and mayonnaise. The next 2 days he plans to only eat 2 bagels.

Lol, was thinking about the same thing when i just watched his recent "starve myself to save money" vlog.

Eating only french fries with that nasty pile of ketchup/mayo dip has to make you feel like absolute garbage. Omg.

But hey dat pokerlife though,he is living the dream.

I assume he didn't serve long enough to qualify for a pension. Or worked at a time before sherrif's deputies received pensions.

Hey, he only has to put in a couple of 12 hour days at the tables, followed by some 8 hour days to partake in these lavish benefits.

Rice claims that for the duration of this food challenge he will only get water for his voucher drinks, then proceeds to get a Gatorade on the first day!

When asked about it he argues that he got it for after the challenge is over. If anyone needed more proof that Rice is blatantly dishonest, this is it.

The hypocrisy is astounding here. While he may not be able to comprehend a different way of life or perspective, neither can you. He has chosen to live a simple, non-traditional and low cost life. He seems perfectly fine with the decisions he has made. You find his way of life as alien and unacceptable.

Autism actually does not worsen with age, especially for those with high functioning autism, which I don't believe Rice has. I think a lot of you conflate personality quirks, or unusual ways of doing things or thinking about things, with autism. That seems rather derogatory in my opinion.

i'd actually agree with this if he wasn't so delusional about his own poker abilities and what people could make easily with decent jobs. His win rate is a joke but he thinks he runs terrible and smugly thinks he's gonna be the 3rd person ever to retire from poker. He's obviously not happy with his piss poor win rate or he wouldn't freak out when he loses a couple of buy ins.

I can comprehend it totally. It may work for him now, but 5-10 years down the line when he's in his 40s, comps get worse and he's wasted away his best years chasing the rabbit, it's not going to end well. But at least he'll have a half million dollar portfolio by then and be raking in the big YouTube bucks once a month.

I can comprehend living on an order of french fries for the day to save money... hell, I grew up poor AF and know what it's like to crawl out of absolute zero. Still, starving yourself to save 4-5BB a day, when you claim you make/have more money than you'll ever need is still delusional and ****ing "we-todd-did".

But I get it, I'm not your cup of tea and you'll pretend to be oblivious to the facts spoken by Rice himself but it's all good.

Quoting from that page:

"While autism does not necessarily get worse with age, there are some factors that can exacerbate symptoms and make it more difficult for individuals to manage their condition. For example, stress and anxiety can have a significant impact on the symptoms of autism"

I'd argue the lifestyle that Rice has chosen is the perfect storm. Being a homeless nomad, relying primarily on poker to make his way in the world, would be anything but conducive to managing the challenges of his condition.

You can tell from his rants that Rice despises the volatility of poker. Most likely he subconsciously realises that he does not handle stress and anxiety well. He could sit at the exact same tables, dealing the games instead of playing in them. He wouldn't have to move around from room to room, he would earn much more $$ per hour, and he wouldn't have to deal with the stress of losing streaks.

That Ketchup and Mayo mix was the grossest thing I have seen on his videos since the last thing a few months ago.

I will have ketchup and mayo on various things like a hamburger but mixing them together for fries looks pretty gross. lol

it looks gross but it's actually a good tasting mix, so I'm on rice side for this. various elite sauces are mayo+x mixes .. pommes frites has like 20 different sauces and 5 of them are mayo+x combos that are awesome

You're obviously not from the middle of the country, where ketchup + mayo = fry sauce, and it's more popular than either one individually.

From Florida and have only seen it in videos, nobody I was every around did it.

I guarantee I put mayo on something that most will say is gross, but it's great.

Ok, here it is, Peanut butter and banana sandwich, toast the bread, Peanut butter on one half and mayo on the other half with 9 slices of banana in the middle is great.

That is how I learned it many years ago and always stuck with it. lol
