I thought someone said we were going to be entertained by Pman and his new condo/grind videos. It has been weeks and he has put out 1 video, and it was going to a wedding?

A friend from a 4th tier law school makes $70K working for Friend of the Court in a shtty smallish town in MI.

I thought there were many spots for a law degree to get a government job.

Weddings are super draining. Probably needed to take a week off after the wedding to recharge for the grind.

Coach El Diesel 25 day/250 hours challenge conclusion and summary:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q58A...egasPokerNomad

How much did he make per hour? Ratio between winning sessions versus losing ones? What was his best win? What was his worst loss?
Las Vegas Poker Player Vlogs Quote

So diesel is effectively crushing shitty 1/2 games and the nerds in here hate him for it.
Say what you want, but the number of people beating these games for $15+ an hour while playing 10+ hours a day is basically 0.

Why you would choose it as a money making endeavor is another thing entirely...

He seems to enjoy it tremendously unlike those laid off Amazon employees (who many here have adviced El Diesel to be) and fired Twitter employees who run circles around inflation with their zero income and 3 kids.

Coach El Diesel does what he likes, lives frugal frugal frugal, and is un-layoffable with a job that is 100% mobile.

El Diesel had great results and proved he can go at a relentless pace.

Was there a point to do this? Like a rake back promotion?

and theres a good reason for that. you could grind the exact same amount of hours as an uber driver and make more $$

probably just using it as a way to stay motivated. grinding 1/3 for 2000+ hrs a year would be a drag

The vlog seems to be a source of joy rather than a means yo an end for El Diesel. He looks like he's having fun and enjoys his tablemates. I haven't seen a ton of his vlogs but he usually talks about the games and other players in a positive light.

Putting in those hours and putting out regular vlogs is a tough task. He's a hard worker that's for sure.

IDK why people are questioning his methods…it seems he’s extremely frugal and plays only QQ+…he doesn’t seem like a degenerate scumbag at all…he’s taking a low-risk grinding route

The thing is, is that he isnt playing 10+ hours a day, he has only played over 2k hours in a year, ONE TIME and its this year. That is not that much, he isnt a super grinder, hes barely playing 40 hours a week.

Also i would bet hundreds of thousands of dollars id win at least 25 an hour playing 1-2 and over 30 an hour playing 1-3 anywhere in vegas for the same amount of hours he plays, its really really really really not very hard, it would be mind numbing, but the poker decisions are incredibly easy. The reason that nobody does what he is doing is because if you are good enough to do it, you can just make more money playing in other games

I'm sure there was a thread about him in the cash game live games strategy forum a few years ago...

https://www.pokernews.com/strategy/s...zhao-22330.htm

While El Diesel refuses to move up from 1-3, this guy refuses to move up from 2-5 and 5-10 He has a very different mindset from Coach El Diesel but he seems risk averse also and he seems happy where he's at instead of moving up to higher stakes.

Did Trooper go to the airport to buy a plane ticket?
I'm having a hard time understanding this.

Apparently he wasted an hour driving to the airport and walking all around to buy a ticket there instead of online and save like $20. What a moron.

He is going to fly to Chicago and help Clubs pack up the Uhaul, he is moving to LV. Then drive his car back to LV while clubs drives the Uhaul.

Wow, he must have too much time on his hands. What about all the money he will miss out on from not playing poker?

Meanwhile it's like $200 to add a trailer for towing your car? Wow, sounds like clubs is an *******.
