Well he smashed that pick. GB pretty much dominated from start to finish. Wasn't even worried at the end.

I think lynne is basically drawing dead, i expect her to lose at more than 10bb/100. Think people vastly underestimate how difficult it will be, will probably be the toughest games shes ever played in, and its incredibly technical compared to live private games with constant nonesense. However it is only 40k hands, and just for instance, my last 40k hands at 500z, i am almost 30 buy ins under my all in ev, so maybe she gets the opposite of that, and somehow breaks even or wins. I tried to get in to bet against her but she sold out too quickly. Wouldve bet all 25k if i could, she should be getting a bunch of odds

That sounds nearly impossible. At 40 hands an hour, which won't happen, it's a thousand hours in a little over 3 months. Even Diesel doesn't play at that rate.

He won that Green Bay game, right? He's an amateur at hyping sports picks. I didn't hear him say LOCK once. Also, 5 units? The pro hypers say 50 units! 100 units!

You think playing online someone only sees 40 hands an hour?

He does not explain his vacation philosophy or share his vacation policies, but Coach El Diesel does take vacations.

Helps prevent burnouts, for one.

Doh, it's online? A key fact I dint know.

Playing online still seems like something we did ten years ago.

If El Diesel thinks squeezing out as much EV as possible up to 2-5 is volatile, even in deeper stack games, and thinks the losing and breakeven stretches are too much to bear, he really doesn't understand how variance works.

The higher your win rate is, the LESS losing and breakeven stretches you will have vs a super nit like El Diesel cause your bottom range of your standard deviation will also be higher.

And it's hilarious that Trooper holds El Diesel up as the standard of low limit pros.

But as they say, live poker isn't dead and will never die.

Yea hed really be better off if he was better at poker or worse at poker.
If he was better he could make decent money and if he was worse he would have quit a long time ago.

p.s. Vanessa Selbt's hedge fund is looking for poker players to hire as traders. Coach El Diesel should probably apply. He has the self-discipline and nittiness to possibly do well. He is already an actuary with 3 years law school, along with the biggest publicly available sample size for live games in history.

Bob is probably older than Lexy's own father. They both did admit - during one of her WSOP videos - that Bob has a daughter older than Lexy.

Nothing wrong with it. The late Anna Nicole Smith had a 92 year old husband, FYI.

Which year did el diesel make more than 30k?

Vanessa very similar to el diesel, very tight, no aggressive plays, hardly any variance in her game
