If Pman and Trooper got coaching from the apex grinder El Diesel, their lives would be fundamentally and dramatically changed for the better. And I'm not just talking strategy. More importantly, mindset is key and El Diesel could teach them that.

Motivation, patience, persistence, mental toughness/resilience. Coach El Diesel would no doubt be able to shed rays of positive influence on Trooper and Pman in these intangible yet critical areas of poker competence.

Anyone who says that Pman and Trooper can't benefit from an El Diesel coaching is an idiot.

Trooper has been making less than 1/5 of a big bet per hour since he has started vlogging, and he does it with a style that has super high variance. El Diesel has made 4 to 5 big blinds per hour with very low variance, and with perhaps the highest publicly shared LIVE GAMES sample size in history by any player. Trooper can obviously benefit from an Ed Diesel strategy coaching, who can tell him what (possibly very simple) adjustments he can take to both increase his EV and lower his variance.

Pman can't motivate himself to play 12 hours in 2 weeks. El Diesel plays 12 hour sessions regularly. Pman can benefit from some form of mindset coaching from El Diesel. How to motivate oneself to play volume. How to have the resilience to persist during bad beats and losing streaks. How to have the patience to see the light of the long run. How to get and stay committed.

In fact, if there is anyone who is most appropriate to be a coach for Pman and Trooper, it would be El Diesel. That's because he plays their stakes and has a very massive positive track record at those stakes. Celebrity coaches like Jonathan Little don't play those stakes.

They would benefit from following his style but it's extremely unlikely that either would listen nor would it be worth the while of el d spending the 100s of hours teaching them. The whole thing would be a shambles

You're right. Trooper probably thinks he is superior to El Diesel. Pman would never follow up on any assignment El Diesel would give him. Shambles either way in the final analysis.

But El Diesel would still be their ideal - or close to ideal - coach. Strategic tweaks and adjustments for Trooper. Mindset for Pman. But both of their minds are closed parachutes.

Both Pman and Trooper are uneducatable, untrainable and uncoachable. Call me an idiot.

No, pman is best served by continuing to study GTO. That way, he will crush the competition when he is ready to play nosebleeds.

I think El D strategy can be summed up in a few minutes.

Ebony Kenny, professional virtual signaler and ACR pro somehow binks her way in a big tournament. I loved the part about how shes a "queer black female"... none of that has to do with poker, toots.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptDFeZs07xQ

Meanwhile Jon Pardy was excited about a possible $3,500 win in his tournament. That's much more on brand for an ACR Pro.

Maybe Ebony & Vanessa Kade can create some type of professional virtue signaling super power duo. Bring in Pokerface Ash, pretty sure shes a lezzie.

I caught the end of this podcast and it begs the question . . .

Why are so many poker "stars" the most insufferable, self-righteous woke wet-blankets?
Kade, Selbst, Prahlad, Bonomo, and DNegs used to be pretty bad until a few years ago, when I think it just went too far for him

I'd rather kneel on rice on a marble floor than be around these people

Trooper up more than $4k in cash we are approaching the end of Q3.

Do you think it's possible that he has a $6k year in 2022?

I think they were in a Trooper video a couple years ago that was at the front of a crappy motel on LV BLVD for some reason.

Looks like they have their own travel / gambling Channel. Seems to be mostly slots.

https://youtube.com/c/Hogand2cent

Their videos get between 500 - 2000 views normally. The videos seemed to have no focus and horrible editing.

Amazon used to be called "MakeItSo.com". It would have failed if it hadn't made a pivot on the name.

If Coach El Diesel does not change the name "riceisaspoonfood" into something else, his vlog won't gain traction. Some people here have suggested he learns from "Slow Poker" and "Rampage Poker" and use them as name role models.
