I'm talking brie, baby and you're talking gorgonzola.

I don't know to what you thought I was referencing, but all I meant to convey was that Trooper has the skill set to deal if he needs to in order to pay bills.

are you referring to the future purchasing power of USD versus that power/USD today ?

Wow Tom, wow you’re a true professional.

Brad doesn’t seem that good at poker.

He's a solid NL player. His game has definitely improved a ton in the last 2-3 years, from a solid ABC 2-5 and sometimes 5-T reg to a good 5-T reg who can shot take bigger games when soft. His PLO game, and especially double board PLO game, is just really really bad. That's why these things are the nuts in NL games.

The only vloggers that are surefire long term winner professional poker players would be:

Brad Owen, Andrew Neeme, El Diesel, Vibes

These guys are "to be determined":

Rampage Poker, Mariano, PokerFaceAsh, Greg Goes All In

Breakeven:

Trooper, Boski, Jaman, Lexy, Marle, Slow Poker

Losers:

Everyone else including dNegs and the Mouth

while him being a PLO fish in general is accurate this hand is actually played OK by him except that he needs to 3-bet the flop to avoid this exact situation where he's flying bling ott

Barely, I have a hunch his brother is supporting him.

Also: Jaman is a highly successful poker player.

+1 on Vibes, I laughed when I saw him listed as a winning player. He's a bozo. Exhibit A: Just a few short years ago he couldn't afford to keep his San Diego apartment even with a wife who has a full time job. I know it wouldn't be cheap to live in San Diego, but if you can't afford rent as a couple. I'll give him credit for spinning it as an "Embrace The Grind Road Trip" when it was more of a "Embrace The Grind Because We Are Homeless And Can't Afford Life As Adults".

He seems like a winning person, which I think was the point that foatie was making.

Yeah Johnnie is the biggest joke and super condescending toward players. I will say his brother is a class act, its like yin and yang with them.

Likeability and unlikability have nothing to do with a player being a winner or loser. Jaman is judged here to be likeable; Vibes is judged here to be unlikable. Who cares.

With regards to Negreanu and Matusow, I think they are losers in the games they choose to play in. But if they did good table selection, they would be winners for sure. They are like soldiers who attack the thickest wall of the castle, for the sake of glory.

Jaman has not looked so good in some of the breakdown videos that Little does. He sure does run well in some of his posted videos though.

Thanks Da_Nit, ark_angel, brianr and anyone else I might have missed. We did some review of this hand just for fun to find out equities on the turn and it looks like Brad had roughly 42.5% equity on top, and about 4% on the bottom for a combined odds of roughly 1.7% to scoop.

Embrace the variance. And for those who sun run have the opportunity to become an ambassador for the game.
