Yes, this was before he came to Las Vegas. He was in Las Vegas a few years before Lady Trooper. This was Jacksonville.

There's nothing wrong with his old place. It was perfectly fine. Three quarters of this thread lives in worse conditions. Hell, even Trooper lived in worse conditions when he was at Desert Manor.

Seems like a real possibility with the way LT was talking and Trooper avoiding the strip. I'm trying to think of a place Trooper would do well in (that also doesn't have crime concerns). Most of his appeal seems to center around just being in Vegas.
