All while wanting attention to his "journey". It's not like he started his YouTube channel, started vlogging and someone in LVL found out organically and posted about the vlog here. Pman came in here and tooted his horn and said he moved to Vegas to specifically play poker professionally.

Mind you, he said this without even knowing he could beat 1-3 nl and putting in the hours necessary to survive.

As I posted earlier Pman, Caesars is having a dealer audition on January 18th at 9 am at Caesars poker room. Go rebuild your roll.

Can’t hold down a job. Can’t sit long enough to play poker.

Loves pit games. Loves vlogging for attention. Loves instant satisfaction.

Those are pretty obvious observations about him.

Seems like a guy who can quite easily justify certain means to an end.

Great guy though, not an ******* in vlog.

There is a lot of angles here. Firstly, many try out youtube with illusions of making 6 figures a year like a Scotty Kilmer. If you watch his career closely you can see for the longest time he made it because he is in incredible mechanic and you gain something from watching by way of knowledge if you want to work on your car or are researching a car purchase.

Scotty didn't need to make it as he already is such a good mechanic he probably turns away more work than he actually does and has massive income coming in. Now you take a Trooper who thought he could mooch off his users from youtube income and e begging where as not having to actually accomplish anything. It worked for a couple of years but as we see when you jump the shark and don't bring anything to the table as far as moving up with stakes or cashing or winning big tournies like Depaulo you will not gain subscribers and will only have your faithful stay. which by the looks of them when they meet him are the same type of underachievers and need that reaffirmation of look at all the haters and I am not winning because I got bad beats all the time.

Pman seems to have it better than Tim as it's painfully clear now he mooches off Dad who has a crapload of money. He hasn't been disciplined, hasn't worked on his poker game and is just happy to party it up in vegas with no responsibilities. Then heading to social media to exploit the sympathy thing. Now I am sure his dad wasn't handed his wealth and worked for it and it's time for him to do the same.

Pman is the manbearpig of Vegas vlogging - got excellent advice at every turn and listened to very little / none of it. Instead of “…then I had sex with her” it’s “…then I went and played 000 roulette”

With age I've learned the best measure of an individual is how he treats others. Personal shortcomings like the list you described doesn't even measure on my scale.

Boomers will boom.

Still says nothing about how you’re projecting him as a good guy.

Just treating others nicely seems like an awfully low standard, tbh. If circumstances were different, Pman would be on the corner begging for handouts. Considering he's more than capable of supporting himself financially, I don't know how you can respect that.

He is not an ass on the forums either, or else we would have seen that from him by now.

Kind of a weird POV to judge us for judging his behaviors when he’s practically begging for us to do exactly that.

It’s not like we picked a random kid from a poker room and just **** on him.
Nobody comes in here looking to get criticized this much and this harshly. People that are looking for attention are far more likely to look for positive attention, probably far more positive attention than they deserve.

Trooper was okay with this thread when he was getting a bunch of love from 2+2 and people were acting like his fans. When haters started posting more often he told this forum to **** off and he left, even though he still had fans here.

Is it underserving though? pman is practically bragging his privileges. Lose job, lose 10k, future is bright! Money is my biggest worry? Lol, what’s money?! I got family and friends who will support me no matter what!

Like DC said, if circumstances were different, he wouldn’t be like this right now.

I disagree. A lot of people would react badly to pages of criticism of them. I do think the way you treat others is important. That’s why I’m not mad at him.

And I’m not saying this is a reason to look the other way when he struggles, I just don’t see the point of getting too upset about it.

Not sure I agree with this either. Some people just don’t give a **** and think their situation is fine even if others look down on them. Accepting their situation is easier for them than trying to get out of it. Also, some people can have a huge amount of money and still be very unhappy.

Last I checked he was still living in a expensive condo on the Vegas strip. Of course money is no big deal to him.

IÂ’m a pman fan and think he owes us nothing and I got to admit itÂ’s courageous posting massive pit losses.

With that saidÂ… I think thereÂ’s a lot of good advice in here as well.

Pman seems like the opposite of trooper. Trooper would leave and be set in his way whereas pman seems willing to grow and learn which in my book should give him a lot more likability and it gives him a better chance to survive.

As far as being a trust fund baby. Who cares. Only American culture has made this out to be a bad thing. In other cultures itÂ’s completely normal to help your kids and pass a family business on. To have grandparents live in your house and help with the kids.

How has pman learned?

Whatever. Wish him well, but if he doesn't want to out in the work, then don't be surprised on the obvious result.

I'm getting bored of almost all the poker videos now. Ben deach who I liked is now boring to me. Same with almost everyone. I see myself only liking jaman's stuff. Too bad for me he releases less often.

Maybe I'm done with this genre.

Thank you Steve and the other reasonable folks in here.

I want to say one thing. i'm not a trust fund baby. I was a software developer and bitcoin investor since 2013. I have been given nothing from family to pursue my dream. Thanks for the kind posts, I do appreciate it. The negativity on the other hand will not be welcomed.

It did feel like a vacation. I wasn't serious about playing. I didn't commit to what I set out to do. But, the past is the past, and I'm learning from my mistakes. Upwards and onwards.

"Greg goes all in" lost 13k in 2021 playing 1/3 and was never positive for the whole year

That's pretty impressive

If pman had lost this much, his vacation would be over, so he's got that going for him.
