Other than the fanboy Ivey experience for Rampage, playing in that game would be a horribly -EV choice.

Best thing for him short term is another deep run in the $1,600 Venetian tournament he entered. Keep his ass in Vegas.

get along with what group? Phil Ivey and Garrett? they don't even know who Rampage is. I'm sure if they ended up in the same game they would get along just fine.
