They really aren't.

I was editing my own videos until ~4 vids ago. It was taking me 30min-2hrs, depending on effects. I'm trying to up my production quality, which is why i'm paying my buddy to do the editing. Nothing crazy, but I want to go back to more B-roll and nice intros and lengthen the vlogs a little, bring in more views, and i'm using your guys suggestion of catchier titles.

I don't want my vlogs to ALWAYS be direct from phone to render to youtube. Alot of them were like that with very little editing, and I think for small updates they are fine, but if i want a 5-15min vlog that engages with people it shouldn't just be me talking to the camera.

Agreed that is a good game. In fact, any room that normally doesn't have a 2/5 game ends up having a great 2/5 game when it does go. That can be extended to any room that has a higher than normal level game break out usually ends up being a good game.

Trooper has this weird thing about making sure that no one thinks that he's afraid of something or someone. It's his biggest fear to have people think he is scared of something or someone.

He keeps saying he might have played bad but at least he wasn't scared money. And he keeps saying that if he ever runs into trouble on the streets, he's not going to be afraid of anyone, no matter what.

The fact that he needs to constantly state and reassure people that he isn't fearful of things seems to say everything we need to know.

And then there's that story when he was in school and someone tried to give him a wedgie or swirly and he fought off 10 guys and no one could give him the wedgie/swirly because he had super human strength or something.

And there's also the constant reassuring that he always tells the truth. Even with the PokerKraut thing, he kept repeating the story and saying that he always tells the truth and has always told the truth.

Seems like Trooper has a tell...

It's a very accurate depiction of his life. Most vloggers use several days of material and plan out activities to put together a day full of activities and excitement for their vlog to make it seem like they have a wild and crazy life but Trooper shows you exactly how boring and dull his life really is.

And that has been his life for the last 7(?) years.

Trooper projects in pretty much everything he does.

Rants about bad drivers --> he's driving while recording buildings with one hand

Rants about bad service--> he used to be a waiter so I'm sure he sucked pretty bad at that job while thinking he's the best ever just like with his poker play (completely blind to reality)

Rants about bad food --> eats out everyday because he can't cook himself

Rants at donks sucking out on him on the river--> well, we know this one from all his detailed hand histories and years of breakeven to losing poker

Rants about everyone else being lazy and him being the hardest working person every--> struggles to play 4 hours of poker a day while not having an actual job and late to pretty much everything

Rants about haters and people being crazy--> goes off on crazy rants and spews hate left and right over the smallest of things

Latest Trooper Results:

The funny thing is you look at what happened and it’s exactly what you would expect. A fish plays 5-10 and gets crushed. Instead of trying to make the experience fun for him so he might come back, the guys thinking they are Mr. Serious make the experience so unpleasant for Trooper that he never came back.

That's funny I actually wrote a super lengthy post that I ended up not sharing because it was like 3 pages long about how I don't really remember playing poker so much but finally remember a lot of the conversations with people I played with

Trooper played pretty nitty and scared money when i played in his game couple years ago. I only got in a couple of raised pots with him, but he gave up without any hesitation each time. He seemed more interested in drinking coffee, talking to his customers and walking around- wich admittedly isnt the worst thing in the world when you are the host of a game.

Curious as to why you picked the Westgate?

So does Trooper share that same sentiment towards his fans who go to Trooper thursday? Or they are the exception in his book.
