If he had responded to my comment on youtube about daytrading a week ago, he could have made $20,000 by investing into CTYX that same $4000 that he has lost sitting for hours playing boring, lame, covid poker in vegas for the past 3 weeks.

CTYX went from .012 to .053 in 4 days.

Yes but still good, at least 5/10 is. 2/5 is still full of terrible players, so 1/3 I imagine is still super soft.

If he developed a proper strategy he could clean up in the games where people are super deep and he is not. Of course if he developed a proper strategy he would clean up in 100 bb cap games too, but of course he hasn’t done that.

If he had a good 100 bb strategy at 1/2, he would do fine in a 100 bb 2/5 game. He does not have a good 100 bb strategy at 1/2 though.

His latest vlog shows his terrible thought process in life in general. A guy honks his horn at him as he is riding his skateboard at 20 mph on the road, at night, wearing black, and that guy is an ******* according to trooper. So not only is trooper being dumb (dark, non-reflective clothes, talking to the camera while riding) but it seems he's routinely ignoring the traffic rules.

So that extra $100 he lights on fire is like 15% of his total losses for the day. He probably does all kinds of **** like this and by just playing the most basic, fundamental poker he could probably reduce is losses by like 25% (probably 50%). Forget about winning but these are just glaring leaks that normal people would be thinking about while they're driving home but after 2 decades of playing poker he still can't figure out the basics.

I'm not the guy making youtube videos at age 40 something, showing himself riding down a busy, Vegas, dark street at night on a skateboard like a 15 year old.

Or losing playing poker, day after day after day, but not doing anything to improve.

I am quite the opposite. The last thing I want is my life exposed in that way.

I care what it trades at and the % moves up or down it can make.


And sure.....don't invest money into daytrading and stocks, a venture which has been on fire all year long to the point where words like Reddit, Robinhood, and TSLA are common everyday words by just about everybody and 1000s have become millioanires, and instead lets spend hours playing a game in Vegas, bored as hell, trying to win a few $hundred, and which is about as dead as Joe Biden is in the coming election.

How much is he down the past month? $5 K? Great investment and well worth the time and money.

So according to Trooper's Why I'm Playing 2-5 vlog, one of the reasons he's moving up is because the player pool is so large, it's hard to identify who's a fish and who's a good player.

LOL. All it should take is one hand going to showdown or the frequency of their actions. Literally 30 minutes tops and you'll have a good baseline on their strategy and how to exploit it.

And if you play a hand before you have gotten a decent read of the player, you just play a solid fundamental basic strategy which in and of itself, is a profitable albeit not optimal strategy once you understand where the exploits are.

You don't make ridiculous reads like at the Golden Nugget where a young kid sits down with $1000, you think he's gonna be LAG without even seeing a hand he's played and proceed to four bet jam 88 pre based on that assumption.
