Thanks! I was pretty wiped out that afternoon but my body is pretty well conditioned from the last 3 months of training and after a good nights sleep I felt fine. I'm not a fast runner by any means, my time was 5:27. I run to stay in shape and because it feels good. I also want to get more involved in some group runs here in LV, there is a very active trail running community here.

I was a little disturbed by today's video. I don't understand why Trooper just hid in the bushes rather than intervening to remove the dog from possible harm.

Bunch of internet tough guys on here. Probably the worst thing Trooper could do in that situation was get involved. This is wisdom that comes with age. Some of you young folks don't understand that sometimes there is nothing good that can come out of involving yourself in certain situations, especially when nobody was in any real danger. Sometimes it is better to just sit back and enjoy the show until the proper authorities get involved.

Frooper has threatened to beat to death no less than 3 people in his vlogs that he felt deserved that punishment. In every instance he did absolutely nothing. No surprise he hid in the bushes here and watched that poor dog get ****ed with. I mean you don't have to run out there but at least call the cops or something.
