Such a good post, all the way around. I'd add that this applies to more than poker player, most people in life treat their situation this way. Most live way above their income level, complain about a job while they do nothing to better themselves and get a better job. Most can't show up 5 days a week at their current job to even make themselves promotable there, all the while blaming the man.
Most aren't "rolled" for that new car they bought, or that vacation they went on or the house they bought. That doesn't stop them from buying or doing those things. In the end, it's someone else's fault, though.
