I've slept on the floor foatie. And with no heat in the winter.
Just think of the FC Liverpool song bruh.
And, I know what you're thinking as you're reading this.
But no, I'm definitely not the Trooper. Sorry.

Autism got the best of me, so here are Troopers 2018 results. It is missing 3 sessions: 3/25, 10/23, and 10/27. 3/25 he never gave the result in the VLOG or the one after it. On 10/23 he was ranting about being really deep and nothing working out and then he took 4 days off, so I'm assuming ~$600+ loss. Probably closer to 1k. That isn't reflected in the numbers below. 10/27 was the VLOG after the 10/23 rant and also had no report in that or the following VLOG.

Total: Number Sessions
January -1360 17
February -1403 17
March +1162 21
April -1008 17
May 91 19
June -2081 8
July +1758 24
August +2452 25
September -791 20
October -399 19
November -644 15
December +595 12
Total: -1628 214

His winrate per session is about -$7.61.
Assuming that he plays, on average, 6 hours a session. That is an hourly rate of -$1.27.

Surprisingly he had 131 winning sessions vs 78 losing. His average winning session was +$196.46 vs -$374.86 for losing.

Biggest Win 1695 (3/2)
Biggest Loss -1320 (3/16)

Other poker:
-$10 Westgate freeroll (for an add on)
Whatever he won/lost in WSOP Sit n gos.

The most he was down was -$5474 on 7/4
The most he was up was $1405 on 3/14

The last yearly positive was 9/25 at +$46 (then he lost 635 the next day)

He's only been positive for 9 days this year

3/10 +759
3/11 +763
3/13 +832
3/14 +1405
3/16 +85
3/18 +618
3/19 +658
9/3 +45
9/25 +46

Thanks for the update.

Trooper is confirmed fish, as if we didn’t already know.

As far as that vicarious Vegas poker experience, nobody vlogs better than the Boski.

So assuming those 3 no report dates were $500+ losses he is probably down a little over 3k for the year.

Those numbers aren’t bad for a fish. Not good for a pro, but basically breaking even. If you subtracted the amount he’s tipped dealers, he can’t be down much. Also he does a good job of using casino comps to make some of that money back that he’s down.

So I’m guessing it would cost him more in lost revenue, from YouTube, go gamble, and trooper Thursday, then it cost him to play poker.

Troop had a $1000+ session at CP a week or two ago.

I don’t follow him that closely and it looks like the data is maybe only through November, guessing it’s his biggest win in over 6 months.

I disagree with this. It appears he uses a lot of his comps to buy coffee, which he could otherwise get in the poker room for a $1 tip. That seems like a waste of comps.

Random:

TRooper- terriyaki madness looks delicious. People criticize his eating choices saying that he eats a lot of junk. Maybe so. But the guy seems to stay at a pretty consistent weight. Not exactly in shape but not morbidly obese. I think it works for him. Let the kid eat what he wants.

Boski - I've been a fan of his deadpan humor and musical tastes from the start. Nice score in Costa Rica! I think you should consider a move down there. It looks like a pretty cool spot!

Pokerkraut - Always puts me in a good mood.

Neeme - most polished and quality content. I actually like him more and more. I admire his commitment to quality and his thoughtful and positive outlook is quite inspiring.

Jaman / Vaughan - I like these guys but I just don't go to them. I think 3 or 4 poker vlogs is my limit. I will check in occasionally and am a subscriber to both gents. They pit out quality stuff.

Later!

Nope.

Sample size is too small.

Maybe Trooper just runs bad in five year increments. Gonna shake variance any minute now.

Sorry it's through 12/18/18, his $1125 win that day is included in there. He's had 3 1000+ wins this past year.

12/12 +1125
3/2 +1695
3/10 +1036

Unfortunately, he's had at least 6 -$1000

1/11 -1000
3/16 -1320
3/22 -1100
5/2 -1000
7/23 -1200
9/8 -1019

I believe 10/23 was also -$1,000, but he never gave the final result, so can't say for certain.

Poogs Local thanks for the update.

I have said it before. People underestimate how much he is raking in from his meet up games and his store. Poker isn’t really his main “income” source.

Despite all the criticism he receives here, good on him for making enough money from those sources to live comfortably for his standards.

Yes but it doesn't say "Starbucks" on the side. I have a hunch Tim only drank it and showed it in his vlogs ad nauseam because he was either getting money or free coffee from them. I mean their product isn't that good to obsess over it like he does. Also like he has stated he gets free refills. So in the long run he saves money and doesn't have to tip.

He averages one table at Westgate one day a week. Per Westgate. How much do you think they are paying him? Not what you may think. Its enough to pay his gas bill each month.

He is not making any money from poker.

Youtube and hat sales are the whole enchilada.

The boy struggles but is surviving.

He also slams SBUX to. They do suck at times. Specially the ones in Target and grocery stores. It is always understaffed and dirty rags all over. I have to admit I have gone for certain products after watching a Trooper vlog such the chorizo and egg.

I am not watching his vlogs anymore but before I stopped watching them, he consistently had at least 3/4 tables.

If it is now down to only one table, I agree that it may not be as much as I thought.
