I can appreciate what Marle is doing and I think she's pretty funny, but this last vlog was just annoying

Not sure how she did it, but over the course of her last 5 vlogs, Marle has gone from being super hot to being a total beating..

Yeah that was way too Buzzfeed-ish for my tastes. Can't hit home runs every time, but that was a 25 pitch 22 pop foul ball at bat with a pop out at the end for the Marlester.

Pretty amazing that over the course of 10 vlogs Marle has gone from interesting new face with a refreshing outlook to drinking WAYYYYYYY too much of her own Kool-Aid. As an aside, is Raising Cane's as good as she says? I've always steered towards Chik-Fil-A and Popeyes but maybe I'm missing out?

I tried Raising Cane's for the first time after her first video, and have been back twice more since. I think it's pretty good, and my wife absolutely loves it.

Raising Cane's is epic. Must visit for me when I am in Vegas.

Pokerkraut's not even a poker vlog for me any more, it's a Vegas vlog with a bit of poker mixed in, which is why I watch it.

I can't stand Raising Canes, my son swears by it however.

Marie's vlogs are so awful. Can't believe people are going to watch her stuff long term. I'd rather watch troopers vlogs and that's saying something.

I think she is getting bad advice from somebody. Sure, you can have vlogs like the last one sometimes, but this is like 3 or 4 in a row with her. If she wants to be big in the poker community she needs more hand histories and strategy discussion.

I thought her Q&A video was fine. The latest video was pointless. At least it was less than 4 minutes though; nothing worse than a boring video that drags on forever.

He lost $204 in the previous vlog too... he claims that he "would have turned it into a win" if he didn't have to go home early and prepare for Trooper Thursday.

Trooper in a recent video filmed a guy getting a photo taken with some showgirls. Why doesn’t he just tip them and get himself in the video with showgirls? Is he that cheap? Too scared to talk to them? Seems to be a habit of his to film women from a distance.

I wish I ran like he did. Would be nice to win a bad beat jackpot for the first time in my life.

What is funny is he does absolute zero to become a better player.

Agree. I was hoping to hear about the Florida trip she said she was going on.
I actually think she's lazy and not able to keep up with the work effort of the good vloggers. She basically just sits in her room making facing and a so so comedic effort. Not good enough! She's trying to be cute (and that she is) but it is coming off as childish.

Marle you are a poker player, a grinder. We need a little more grit and reality.

That’s my greater point with Marle she needs to stop “trying” to be anything: funny, witty, cute etc. she needs to be herself and grounded in that. I’m positive that her on camera persona doesn’t equal her IRL day to day personality and she would be smart to tap into her natural self more

Except she's not.
Based on her vlog, she has given us no evidence that she's actually a poker player.
Rather, she knows the right people to get invited to a few special poker events that she plays because she thinks they will give her publicity.

Raising Cane's only serves chicken fingers. If you like chicken fingers, it really can't be beat. I like chicken fingers but the meat tends to be pretty dry. Not at Cane's though. The meat is moist and juicy throughout. You can't find higher quality chicken at a fast food joint.

I don't follow her vlog, but I know Marle is definitely a grinder, putting a lot of hours at the poker table. I wonder if her decision to not show poker is more of a branding choice. Perhaps she just wants to show poker when she plays in big games. The games she played in LA and on PokerGo are bigger than her normal Wynn 2/5 game. She also put in some 1/3 sessions recently, which there is nothing wrong with, but is perhaps something she doesn't want her vlog to showcase.

One thing that drew me and a lot of people to watch Trooper early on is that he was showing the grit and reality of what it is like to be a low stakes grinder. Clearly she wants to take her vlog in a different direction.

November numbers are in at social blade:

Trooper: 225k views/month, which is 15% down from Oct, 80% down from his peak of over 1 million in 2016 and even 50% down from 6 months ago. Stale content is likely driving away viewers.

Neeme: 537k views/month. He had spent a lot of time at around the 500k mark but the last two months dipped, and then recovered in Nov. He's doing new content with Sommerville and regardless of the complaints on 2p2 seems to be paying off.

Boski: 121k/month. Boski had a large jump in views in the last few months, but his historical average has been between 100k-200k. Was it the WSOP driving his views in the summer? I haven't been following him too much but his views have driven off a cliff, with over 50% drop in the last 3 months.

Marle: 290k/last 30 days. She has a new vlog so there isn't historical data yet but she already has 20k subs and 290k views. The poker vlog genre is mostly declining so will she be able to make a name for herself or will she be a flash in the pan?

Poker Kraut: 30k/month. His historical average is around here so seems par for the course for him.

Brad Owen: 732k/month. Our winner for November. His views have more than doubled in the last 2 months and broken out of his historical range of 200-300k. I have not been following his content but whatever he is doing is working.
