OK, had some time to binge Marle's vlog. She's certainly trying to put forward that sort of perky and quirky personality that I see in the on-screen personas of popular female Youtube personalities. I wouldn't call it fake, exactly, but it probably either turning some of her natural traits up to 11 to play to the camera or a natural introvert trying to be more outgoing. It will take some time for her to figure out what version of herself she is comfortable putting out there.

I find her tendency to sometimes stare off-camera to be distracting in her talking head segments. I think her hand analysis is sometimes too jargon-filled, like she is regurgitating things that she learned from being coached and she hasn't developed a strong theoretical understanding yet.

I think her best trajectory is probably to incorporate a lot of humor into her vlogs, using some lightly scripted, preplanned interactions.

Is it because you think promiscuous men take all the women that you want, while you think you might still have a shot with promiscuous women?

After watching the latest Neeme vlog, the new "power couple" is gnarly. Or "Narle" if you will...

Neeme risks getting his videos demonetized for letting Marle swear on that video like a truck driver.

My impression of her isnt getting to the better after that Neeme vlog.Only confirms my first impression from her own vlogs.

Her buzzwords like "raise from middle" or humour lines sounds pretty forced, and like several in the comment section mentions it seems like she is trying too hard. Her ego seems enourmous,seems pretty high on herself (wich is somewhat understandable considering probably 90 percent of guys in every pokerroom she goes tries to hit on her), and i dont feel the authentic vibe from her- wich isnt very attractive or likeable if you ask me.Some sections is actually pretty cringeworthy too.

Sure, more girls in poker is good, and more female poker vloggers (i can understand he wants to help a fellow poker friend out with some exposure)- but regarding Marle i dont see the hype really even if i am trying.

Take a girl like Winopoker, wich ive only seen short glimpse of in some vlogs from example Johnnie Vibes meetup game at Commerce recently- my impression is like alot better personalitywise. More down to earth, more humility and comes off alot more authentic.

yt would only demonitize the problem video, not all of his videos, and for all we know he may have turned off monetization on that video before he uploaded it. her subs have gone up quite a bit already and all her vlogs get more views than her current sub count (and more views than any recent troop vlogs lol).

I love how she keeps talking about acting/comedy etc. Her acting credits, she played a women in the park in a 2014 movie nobody ever heard of.

Think she is playing on her own roll now from what ive learned. She said in one of her vlogs that she ran pretty hot in the 5/10 games during the summer and WSOP. So i would assume she have grinded herself up a decent roll.

BINGO!! I stopped watching her 1st vlog after she said she used to model. But now she's a comedian. I'm curious to know how she supports herself. But I'm curious to know how most poker players survive w/o a job.

Totally with you on this. I don't even know if I can put a finger on exactly what it is, but I'm just not feelin it. I'm sure she's a fun girl, and I wish her the best, but it's like Common once rapped: "If I don't like it, I don't like it, that don't mean that I'm hatin'".

But I guess if I had to try to describe it, I feel like the vloggers I like (e.g. Neeme, Vibes) are talking TO me, whereas the vloggers I don't like (e.g. Marle, Trooper) I feel like are talking AT me. It's a subtle difference that I can feel though.

That being said I find Marle with her type of personality and her vlogs unwatchable. Neeme had something linking to her on IG. She had a post on there where she's getting a massage and mentions reraising a pot with the nuts. She has an Ace high flush but there's clearly a potential straight flush for the board. I think she actually missed that and when someone pointed it out she didn't seem to take it well and told them to next time they make a comment like that they should instead run into traffic.

If I want to watch bad poker there's always the OG of vlogging.
