So long as you're playing your two cards without regard for somebody else at the table, that's a-ok.
I have a couple of friends that I really only see when we're able to get to the casino together. If two seats aren't available at the same table when we get their, we both put in for table changes in the event that a seat opens up at one of our tables. It's because we want to be able to hang out. No different than what was mentioned in Trooper's video. I believe his friend lives in Florida or SC. I'd want to make the most of the time he was around too.
