I can tell you from personal experience eating 1 meal a day will shed pounds very quickly. I lost 37 lbs, or roughly 15% of my total weight within months with absolutely no exercise whatsoever. At first it takes some getting used to obviously, but eventually you adjust mentally and physically. Dont know if this is healthy or not, but it definitely works.
