Best/douchiest micro-check is the guy with his right arm across his chest with his right hand on his left shoulder, that then micro-taps his index finger on that is on his left shoulder.

The best is when nobody sees it multiple times, dealer says 'it's on you sir" and he barks "I just checked three times!!!"

I can tell you from personal experience eating 1 meal a day will shed pounds very quickly. I lost 37 lbs, or roughly 15% of my total weight within months with absolutely no exercise whatsoever. At first it takes some getting used to obviously, but eventually you adjust mentally and physically. Dont know if this is healthy or not, but it definitely works.

b/c if someone has not made any notions that your "trolling" is affecting their lives, and yet you continue to beat the dead horse, it borders on obsession.
