While it might not be 'travel to Sacramento for it' good, Stones is a pretty ****ing good card room.

If you want to know what type of new visual effect Trooper will include in a video today, just watch a Casey Neistat video from a week-to-month ago. For example, today Trooper included a color-shift glitch effect, which Casey recently started using. If you're going to mimic anyone's video style then Casey is definitely the guy you want to use. But you should at least give credit to the style you're "inspired by" (ie, copying) - it's clear Trooper uses a lot of Casey's techniques but I don't remember him even once acknowledging him, whereas Neeme has several times.

Is there any poker vlogger that wouldn’t act this way with his fans? I don’t think many have an issue with how he (or any other poker vlogger) treats fans. And in general people will respond more positively when others treat them with respect. I’ve met him too and if he showed that side of him more often he would be more popular.

Registered 2018 made good points regarding Trooper. He pointed out how ridiculous the criticism and obsession with Trooper was. This thread is going to be become long winded Stu Ungar and Mr. Ducks posts going back and forth over every detail of trooper's life in minute detail again.

Call me crazy, but I was going to suggest that Registered2018 was Stormtrooper97..... and that it was actually fanboy stuff rather than CrushedDreams in troll mode.

I was very close to posting that Registered2018 was doing a great StormTrooper97 impression .

Then within a very short time after Registered2018 got banned, who shows up?

The trolling was pretty poor at several points for it to be CrushedDreams. At first I thought he was on his 'C' game.... then started thinking it might be somebody else.

Think a lot of Vlogs are losing steam as they lose the story line. I guess its hard to have a lot of story each episode. I watch them all and have noticed a drop in quality.

It is what it is. I mean you can stray from poker material only so far before you start losing your core poker player audience. Really the only interesting things you can do is go to different place and play poker like Boski or Neeme or do something like what Pokerkraut is doing and include Vegas locals segment, which I think is a great idea as nobody else is doing that. I'll continue watching all 3 vlogs, but I'm really not expecting anything earth shattering at this point.

I'd say if there was a poker vlog of the year so far, I'd have to give it to Boski's video where the hunt for hookers lead to seeing a guy get his head kicked in on the streets of San Jose, Costa Rica and they had to back their car down the street to escape. Now that was actually exciting.
