Honestly, it's just some constructive criticism for Andrew, because I like his vlog and think he comes off well. The truth is, without the hole card cam, I would have stopped watching and would have never subscribed to his channel. It was the one unique aspect that was worth my time, along with top-notch editing and great background music! Without it, at the end of the day, it's just hand histories and it's not going to attract new players to the game, or new subscribers to his channel.

He's built a brand for himself. He's likeable and knowledgeable, and I think his vlog could really be big for live poker and bringing in a younger generation of players to the game. It sounds dumb, but the difference in seeing the hole cards, the chips, the betting, and scooping the pot make a huge difference in enjoyability and the engagement factor compared to a guy recounting hand histories from memory.It also maintains Andrew's credibility. When we see Andrew stacking up 3 racks, this has more credibility than "cashed up 1000 today" while driving in his car.

I hate to be the pessimistic one on the forum, but I wanted to make Andrew aware of this so he can be on top of the whole credibility issue before people start trolling the youtube comment box, because people will do this once his channel gets large enough.

This right here. I will continue to watch Andrew because I know he is interesting and puts out quality content. But without live poker hole cards
I would have never have started. Nor will I with any other new Poker vlogger who doesn't show them.

Too many poker vlogs these days. Here's a tip - click on the settings icon and change the playback speed to 1.25 or 1.5. Saves a ton of time.

Trooper been extra salty lately.

As far as "YouTube is netting enough him moneynow" I know a guy with 40k subs who vlogs daily and he hasn't even made enough to pay off his camera equipment (about 3.5k worth).
So I bet Froop is kinda stressing about 2017 and whatnot. He's gotta do another challenge and start winning again!

Will he play again this year?
Is he hiding at home for the rest of the year to make sure he locks in the $2/hour profit?

People are saying that the hole card cams make or break Neeme's and other poker vlogs? Wow, all it does it show the hole cards. Nothing else. It's easy to recreate the hand with graphics later.

I doubt anyone cares except the trolls because that is something else they can speculate as "fabricated" and talk about furniture and vlog on vlog violence.

plus the multiple posts stating how much the hole card cam improves the vlog quality as if anyone is intentionally stopping the practice. if the casino has an issue with it then what is someone to do? still gotta be able to show up for work every day.
i think it's nice but it doesn't make or break a video. keep up the good work fellas.
