Rice so wants people to thinks he's a poker crusher.

Rice has said in the past he plays more when he's winning, so $15/hr is barely worth 'bragging' about.
Yeah he admits that he only puts in hours when things are going well, so big surprise that all his 60+ hour weeks were winners. Also the overwhelming majority of those weeks would have been pre 2023.

When things aren't going his way he shuts himself in his room and watches King of Queens to soothe his raw nerves. Any money that if he showed us his results for weeks where he plays under 40 hours they would all be losers.

I don't see your f-buddy on the list.

Most of the followers in this thread are here because of antics by people we would never meet in real life, and they cannot believe anyone actually supports their self-damaging behavior.

I am guessing neither you nor he has ever met a successful vlogger.

I hope to be at the WSOP this year, and if he stays in town, I will blow a kiss Rice on your behalf.
You, sir, are a winner in life. A true gem.

I am confused.

What benefit did Rice derive from 19 years of hard and difficult academic work?

Has Troop's hairline receded to the nape of his neck?

Just a few:

Knowing rotten bananas save you 10 cents

Parents will pay half of your expenses

Smartphones are useless

A pro poker player can fear poker

A shat towel is a thing

Learning about styrofoam meat cups

Jose Canseco is a gas station legend

Do you feel better?

Another hotel is gone:

Mirage is closing July 2024 until 2027 so it can build the guitar building and as well a 5,000 seat strip movie theater. Comps will probably suffer now that Tropicana and Mirage collectively reduced rooms by 6,000 on the strip and the other casinos will realize the lower supply.

Lunch at Denny's across the street used to be great because they have huge windows that overlooked the volcano. Great view with the meal. Now, you will be staring at what? The side of a huge glass building, that if you were a few blocks away you could tell was shaped like a guitar. Wow.

Some of you still miss the Trooper's game. He's smart enough to know that his channel survived largely on hate watchers. Same here. He knows that that title will cause haters to watch, hoping to hear that his booth got shut down. He understands the game.

I apologize.

I just learned that in protest of losing his beverage comp, Rice is taking a stand against corporate oppression and stopped playing at Caesar's properties.

My understanding was that the drink vouchers were essentially replacement for closing the Diamond Lounges. The intent was for people to be able to still grab a few adult beverages. The notion that homeless people would use them for water, gatorade, etc. is LOL, making ED's complaints all the more absurd. The entire drink issue should have been a 10 second blurb on one of his vlogs. The fact that it turned into a saga is reflective of the lack of quality content he pumps out.

Rice claims that Caesars pulling the plug on voucher drinks for poker players was not legal. He even cites a precedent of a ruling regarding some cigarette company. LOL I wasn't aware of any cigarette companies having rewards programs but whatever.

At least it's good to see him putting all his years of law school to some use. Laughed hard when he said "I can't imagine who would care enough to sue over it" because we all know that he is precisely that person. No one was more affected or outraged by this policy change than Rice! His entire life revolves around comps and the 4 daily drinks was a huge part of that.

Also LOL at the levels of cope on display. Rice says he wouldn't have used the free drinks anyway while he's dealing at Orleans. We all know this is an absolute lie. He would have gone once every 2 days and done his 8 drinks at midnight hack. I don't think it's in Rices DNA to ever miss out on anything that's free, even if it's a great inconvenience to him, or even if its not something that he actually needs.

If he was a member of the NV bar he certainly would sue them. But CET was crafty and didn't put the drink policy in writing. That may not matter because they had the policy nonetheless. He could just get a few witnesses to testify to it. He should sue in small claims court. He could legit claim he was deprived of $5000 in free Fijis for the rest of the year.

I'm sure they did their homework before making the decision. If it wasn't a published benefit then it would be very hard to argue that it isn't legal for them to withdraw it.

I pretty much always assume that any rewards program can be devalued at any time. Classic example is airlines who do this all the time. They do normally give at least some warning before the changes take effect, but again that's when they are making changes to a published benefit.

CET still has free water just bring some powdered milk and mix four milks a day to get calcium lost under the new rules.

Not anymore, but when I was a kid (in the 80s) all of our backpacks, luggage, and a good chunk of our wardrobes had Marlboro or Winston labels on them. We would even wear our Marlboro hats to Shea Stadium to watch Howard Johnson play, and later John Olerud.

The funniest part is that the drink voucher program is still in place, they just removed the part where it was welfare for nitty poker grinders that want free drinks without tipping a buck. The monetary difference is literally 4 $1 tips and diesel is falling apart over it.

If Diesel needs the nutrition from red Gatorade and Milkshakes so badly, he should either order cups of olives/cherries/cocktail onions or get cups of coffee that are half milk.
