I wouldn't touch it

and capn jack is a total fraud/douchenozzle and they associate with him
don't disagree on any of these points, and I wouldn't pay for the service either

I look at it as Apple Beats of aggregators - same quality can be had for the fraction of the cost, but it works and it represents a big upgrade over what most casual bettors use (which is nothing)

at the end of the day, if a random meetup game attendee buys it even at $100/month or whatever it is nowadays it should pay for itself

"If King high is going to take a minute to fold to me versus a 2X pot all in on the river, I don't have the best image."

There are so many regs that would love to have his image.

Of course in the next hand he bluffs the river again and gets called. But then Rampage purposely knocks over his chips because Rampage was pisssd off. Wtf?

I wonder what El Diesel would think of these Rampage videos.

At least Rampage is willing to show us the train wreck when he shows the hands.

Rampage reminds me of Trooper in a couple of ways. People keep giving him advice that he keeps ignoring, and Rampage doesn’t really care about position that much. He is an incredible player so who cares about his hand strength and position? He can outplay anybody no matter what. Of course they have their differences (Rampage actually talks about hands and moved up in states).

I can’t believe that in one of those hands, one of his opponents called and was so confident he was paying Rampage off that he gave Rampage his chips. Rampage is going to have a ton of air in his range when he bets river.

Also there was one hand that goes check/check on the flop, and Rampage checks the turn when he hits top pair. Does he check turn if he doesn’t hit top pair there?

I’ll say one thing for Rice, he doesn’t seem to exhibit any jealousy when he’s documenting and discussing Herbs and Rye’s results even though it must sting in comparison to his own.
Surprised he mentioned how much Herbs and Rye won though given that results aren’t what the vlog is about apparently.

The vlog is clearly about selective, positive results duhhhhh

The start of a Netflix reality series:

The boys eat Mexican at 4:00 AM Sunday next to a strip club.

Big men with big appetites for sins of the flesh.

It may also impact global warming.

If I had a friend that was such a crusher, I would certainly try to learn some good pokers from him.

Except it wasn't his success, it was H&R's. That guy crushes, he did well in the Tahoe Circuit too. Didn't he also do well in the L.A. episodes too?

I know what you mean but the way Rice looks at things he'll be able to justify it by thinking he plays a different field or he isn't vlogging so less pressure or whatever tf he thinks. And he will use this as a way of thinking their cases are different. I would be pretty shocked if Rice acknowledged H&R is a better player

And also got a deluxe room in Tahoe to stay in. Didn't Diesel complain about the snoring? For a free room I'd stuff some kleenex in my ears.

BTW I asked a manager at the WSOP Circuit about the no-beard thing for dealers. The manager I was talking to had a beard, lol. He said they were fine unless it was ZZTop.

Interestingly, it wasn't because they look disgusting, it was because they interfere with the shuffling and dealing of the cards. So maybe Diesel might be okay, his might not be long enough not to interfere with card handling.

He should have done a trial run by dealing the Circuit.

it's pretty well established, I don't know a single professional bettor that respects the guy - he's the butt of many jokes in the space

last year he embarrassed himself tremendously advocating betting -6 teasers at -120 or something like that and had not accounted for ties = losses

he does stuff like that quite often in his never ending quest for clout and relevance, he'll post about something he doesn't really quite know or understand as if he's an expert and guiding others along the way and in reality he's giving out bad info

again, it's not a big deal if you don't know the nuance of teaser rules and why betting -6 is a terrible proposition - I can fill the suez canal with things I don't understand in the sports betting place to a high level - the difference is I don't go out and pretend I am expert in that stuff - and most importantly, when this happened, he wasn't like "oh I learned something new" but instead just started insulting those who corrected them and calling them haters etc

he's also widely known as a douche in general, I've never met him in person but know a dozen people who have and not one had anything nice to say about the guy, you can see more evidence of this from his repeated blowups where he screamed and yelled at his own customers on discord to the point where unabated had to ask him to take a leave of absence from the company

he regularly props himself up as a big deal in various fields, which at best is an exaggeration and at worst outright lies - I don't doubt that he's made a living in the space, but it's been far less glamorous than how he promotes it and mostly via picking off bad lines whereas he pretends it comes from deep modeling insight

he also looks like a poorly animated toad, but that's more a fun fact than anything to do with him being a douche and a fraud

primarily, if he was as big a deal as he projects, he wouldn't be tweeting 24/7 chasing clout for the past 2 decades but instead quietly making piles of cash anonymously

importantly, in no way shape nor form was calling him a fraud a hot take and it's impossible to know about him and not know he's a fraud so now I deeply suspect you are that toad like guy named jack

As long as he gets to eat like a king on H&R's dime he is happy as a pig in mud. No expense is spared when someone else is paying, the exact opposite of his normal penny pinching routine.

Broke down and watched the rice video. Love that he calls the chips and salsa + guac the "first course"

To be fair to him, the chips there do cost now and arent complimentary, and the guac is extra, but regardless, funny to call that a course.

I really enjoy the first course of bread and cinnamon butter at texas road house.

El Dorado really is so key though in a macro sense, open late after a long session, has good food. Genuinely impressed el diesels channel is as big as it is

herbs and rye must have a good read on people, Diesel can't be that bad considering he puts up with him

He just sees an autistic guy that means well, and unlike the people on here he chooses to be friendly to him because he knows he's autistic and can't help with most of his quirks.

Pre-covid you could grab a handful of peanuts at TRH and have your first course waiting for your table.
