I doubt trooper has any clue how to throw a punch with any sort of technique, Don't know where he gets his confidence with this stuff being in the physical shape he is in.

In all fairness, I'd take Trooper in a fight vs. the mentally ill who haven't eaten a square meal, showered, nor had shelter in weeks.

He should really play it up. Maybe turn into the Jake Paul of Bumfights, for those of us that remember the early 2000s viral sensation.

Literally anyone who has done a few weeks of JuJitsu classes would have him on his back in seconds. He is only realistically going to swing at homeless people.

Key elements for throwing a good knockout punch:

- Wide & Broad shoulders for a longer swing path.

- Large, strong fists & wrists to absorb the force from a bare knuckle shot to the head. It's very easy to break your hands punching the skull. Floyd Mayweather can attest to that.

- Speed and accuracy. The execution of the motion has to be fluid. You'll also want to start the motion from your feet, through your hips & shoulders, extending through the target... Not at it.

- Precision... It's much harder to hit a moving target. Especially on the chin which is the smallest target on the face, but the most effective.

- Endurance... Say you miss with your first 7-8 swings and catch a few shots in return. Can you regroup, refocus, and get back into the fight with an optimal strategy?
