I would be a little concerned that they are made in a private kitchen except she seems to keep it pretty clean.

Regarding Trooper and his teeth, surely Las Vegas has a dental college. He really needs to do something because his teeth aren't going to miraculously get better.

The Peninsula Hotels is my favorite boutique chain, with my favorite individual property being the original in Hong Kong. But I must admit, I don't pay rack rate as they usually have some sort of special running. Last time I was in Hong Kong, it was stay for 2 nights & get the 3rd night free. It brought the ~$650/nt rate a down to a much more reasonable $433. But that was a couple of years ago.
