Just two weeks ago, 27offsuit indicated that it was perfectly fine for wahbs to post his vlogs here. With all due respect, you two mods need to get together on this rather than issue conflicting proclamations.

(Either that, or 27 may **** your **** up.)

We should just change the title of the thead. This has evolved way past vloggers in one city.

Here is the other. Only 2 posts every couple of months as of late. Nothing to write home about. Just boring footage of casinos.

I don't see a purpose in having two threads.

There was idea floating around earlier to have a subforum of poker vlogger with individual threads by their biggest fans. I already have dibs on Viggo. Some fans can start theads and name like

"The Trooper Zone" (from lvnc - "No Trooper Zone")
"Jaman Beiber"
Johnny Vibes Moreno"
"Andrew's Hands Analysis"
"BL....."

You get the drift. Y'all can think of better names

Or just keep everything the way it is.

I vote on the latter

I missed that. Thanks. Precedent. I'm going with 27offsuit. Probably for the best overall.

Ok wahbs carry on bringing your quality vlogs in here.

You have to remember that this is a Vegas forum so we will never have it cluttered with a bunch of random vlogs. "Discussion of all things Las Vegas" is the official description of this forum but there is always room for flexibility on a case by case basis.

A while back there was a lot of drama over where vlog talk should go. It was determined that because this is the LVL forum it should be Vegas vloggers only. Then that eroded and all the vloggers were talked about and posting here.

When it's strictly vegas it tends to become just complaining about how awful trooper is. And non vegas vloggers get ignored in the "other" thread.

I think it's better for everyone if there's 1 vlog thread regardless of where the vloggers are from but I can see why having that under LVL isn't ideal.

Congrats on Mr Bill being inducted into Vegas Vloggers and nice meeting you last Saturday. Kicked in and out three times now. Lol. There sometimes exceptions we have to make for cool dudes who travel to Vegas like that Off suited dude who posts hands histories in the blog threads.

Case closed.

SLS should ban Trooper for that video. Posting a YouTube video of footage in a bathroom showing guys at the urinal in the background (at 5:48) then pulling up their zippers is bad enough but then he doesn't even blur out their faces? If I was filmed in a bathroom Trooper's face would look like his arm. People should not be filmed without their consent on any private property including casinos and especially never inside a bathroom. /EndRant

Personally, I like reading about all of the vloggers in a single place. I like it when I see a post about a new vlogger I know nothing about. I certainly enjoy the Vegas guys, but enjoy others also.

Thanks Bud! It was nice talking to you for a few minutes last week, and I am sure we will run into each other again at WinStar or elsewhere. Thanks for the support also!
There are number of guys not based in Vegas who I am sure the readers of this vlog would love to hear from on a consistent basis....Jaman, Johnnie, Ben Deach, and a number of other "new guys". Again, I like being able to go to one place to "check in" on all of them.

ummm... jaman though.

Yes, he occasionally visits LV, but his vlogs primarily take place in St Louis.

and Johnnie -- based in my town and rarely, if ever, visits LV in his vlogs.

This thread is so much more than just LV, maybe it is time (as ST suggests above) for our own forum.

Jaman, Matt Vaughan, Vibes all good reasons to re-purpose or re-title this thread/forum.

Here is an easy way to settle this:

All vlogs not filmed in Vegas by any vlogger, please share in your post sharing here that it is a non-Vegas episode.

I’m pretty sure just about every one of them have graced us with at least one if not multiple vlogs from Vegas (whether it be for WSOP or otherwise) and will likely do it again. Those who do post here like Mr. Bill are well liked as posters and I think for the benefit of everyone who follows the thread they should be allowed to share here for ease of following them on the forum vs YT.

Of course Mr. Bill started sharing his local vlogs here as a way to increase views but I don’t think he’s trying to spam for ad revenue - he just wants to share like the rest of the group and we should encourage sharing of content and exposure.

I trust the mods to work together with our suggestions to be able to tell when someone is genuine like Mr. Bill or Jaman or if BikeKing throws up a vlog or two from FLA vs someone abusing the thread solely to shill

The forum will never be re-titled because of one thread.

Things are fine for now so let's not get too excited. Stromtrooper linked thread
for non-Vegas vlogs and if they tend to proliferate we may need to do something down the road.

I agree that this is still the go to place for vlogs so as I said flexibility will prevail.

Pens fan wrote post after post of dead wrong statistics and math, then claimed other people don't respect his opinion, for trying to explain he was wrong.

Also I don't think your decision to work with Pokerstars on this contest should be troubling. Your viewers can express their opinions by choosing to participate or not, and no one is forced to participate. Perhaps my view on this matter is too simplistic.

I'm eager to see the new crop of vloggers.

Thanks.
Hi. If you search twitter or YouTube for the hashtag #VloggerInParadise that will return a list of submissions so far. Personally it’s been awesome seeing people get into this, all over the world. Obviously there are a lot of standard quality submissions (which to me are still cool) but there are some real standouts too with production, creativity and introspection. I probably shouldn’t mention any in particular with the contest still ongoing for now.

Elbow pads and knee pads would have helped a lot with that fall. Is there anyone besides him that still thinks he doesn’t need a helmet?

Even he knows he needs a helmet. If he keeps riding that thing naked (sans protective gear) he’s going to be the Disability Trooper

But I mean he doesn’t seem to own any Starbucks stock so why would he bother with a helmet

Even if he's not worried about his brain, how stupid is it to hold out a $700 camera in your hand while skateboarding when there's a 100% chance you're going to wipe out sooner or later? Hopefully he'll film those shots with a cheaper GoPro or a cheap phone from now on. Or maybe they make Gorilla glass camera boxes.

It's soooo funny that he considers it a winning "suck it haters" moment that he didn't get seriously injured. Dude, you got holes and pavement in your skin, spilled your coffee, and broke your camera. It's not an "I'm the boss" moment.

It must be horrible to watch most of the video submissions. You are one of the few YouTube vloggers who doesn't seem to have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Sometimes it works for people but I would hate to be the guy that has to watch those people talk to the camera.

It's kind of weird that Pokerstars had you do this contest to find people who are your competition. (I know you don't consider it a competition but there are only so many minutes in the day that people have available to watch poker vlogs so only the best will get views.) It's kind of like McDonald's running a contest for best new fast food restaurant.
