I was more amused that a former dealer thinks what the dealer was making pre-tip was an acceptable wage. It’s better than McDonalds but if you don’t tip them better you are going to get the worst of the worst in the satellite area.

Dealer sits for probably at least 15 minutes before tournament is a go. This one lasted 1 hour, 45 minutes.

That’s 2 hours.

He made 2x8.25 plus 17.50. That’s $34.

Compare that to dealing one of the other tournaments. Where he is probably getting about $14-$15 per down. Assume be only dealt 3 of the 4 downs in a 2-hour period.

That’s $58.50.

So why should a good dealer want to deal to the Trooper when he sees that tips are gonna be low at that table?

Did you miss half the vlog when he explained why he felt bad about tipping this specific dealer? I personally think its an overreaction and were it me at the table, I doubt I would have been bothered by the dealers behavior. But regardless, this is just one situation. Trooper mentioned that he usually tips generously.

Upon discovering that dealers are now being paid out of the entry fee, Trooper toiled with the idea of lowering the tip to meet his usual tipping guidelines.

Been on the road and took a couple of days to veg out with some youtube. Boski's wsop vlogs are awesome. Really enjoyable and lots of good content. Best of the series by far.

For me, I see his general disdain for his opponents and their play as a negative. However, it takes all kinds to make a game and I tend to look past the sense of entitlement from players better than me.

I don't wear deodorant but shower twice a day and smoke blunts. I try to sit in the 1 or 9 hole and over tip dealers that have to put up with my smells.

Just stumbled on and watched the Krauts vlogger game videos. Did he ever meet up with PA to donate to the homeless?
