What's the deal with the douche face UFC fighter, and Asian stripper with southern accent from Alabama. Is bitcoins a way to bypass prostitution? I thought it was only used on Bovada and Ignition

One of my favorite Boski vlogs

You're not serious in saying you think bitcoin is only used for an online poker site, right? Just can't tell who's for serious around here anymore

I don't think his personality showed through in that video, but by all account Stephan Bonnar is a very likeable nice guy. It's a bit silly that he's in the UFC Hall of Fame but whatever. He was slurring his speech quite a bit in that video...very sad.

Stephan Bonnar is a man who's employment involves surviving and beating other men to pieces.

He is at a strip club in Vegas.

He is acting appropriately.

I covered the European Open at the Wynn for PokerNews over the weekend and Boski played both Day 1 flights.

There was definitely some interesting hands on both days; most that managed to make it into the live reporting blog. So hopefully a poker vlog could be on the horizon if we're all lucky.

Excellent coverage Tim! Accurate HHs with great usage of metaphors. No poker vlogs are planned but I may do one if I ever FT something. Here are two big hands from day 1a.

tRaMSt0p • Level 7: 200-400, 50 ante

Speaking to local tournament grinder and everyone's favorite YouTube personality Jeff "JeffBoski" Sluzinski, he detailed to us a huge double he just received at the hands of Jonathan Dimmig.

Dimmig opened in early position to 1,000 and Sluzinski three-bet the big blind to 4,000 holding {K-}{K-}. Dimmig called, and the flop fell {A-}{K-}{5-} rainbow with Sluzinski continuing for 2,700.

Dimmig called, and when the turn landed the {2-}, Sluzinski bet out 6,800 with Dimmig making the call as the repeating {5-} completed the board on the river.

Sluzinski moved all in for 14,500, and Dimmig called, and then mucked at the sight of Sluzinski's kings-full.

As Sluzinski moved to over 55,000 in chips, Dimmig would be left with just 500 in chips, and consequently eliminated soon after.

tRaMSt0p • Level 8: 250-500, 75 ante

From under the gun, Paul Nguyen opened to 1,550 and the action folded round to the small blind who called. Jeff Sluzinski was sitting in the big blind, and he three-bet to 7,000.

Nguyen called, and the small blind folded, before the flop landed {6-Spades}{6-}{2-Spades} and Sluzinski bet out 6,500. Nguyen bumped it up to 21,000 and Sluzinski moved all in for roughly 44,000 with Nguyen calling all-in to be at-risk.

Sluzinski: {Q-}{Q-}
Nguyen: {10-}{10-}

With Sluzinski in dominating shape, the turn of the {6-} changed little, but it would be the devastating {10-} on the river that would ensure Nguyen of a massive double to 105,000 while Sluzinski was left decimated and sitting on just 4,000 in chips.

Boski,

If I was willing to do some gratis editing would you be willing to put out a poker vlog or two? I would do it in your style and to your specifications. Feel free to PM or quote this post and I'll PM you to discuss further.

If time/editing is the barrier I would hate for your content to not go up, I'll be happy to find some time to help out

He's such a dork but that's what makes him cool.
Also his whole send me a card protector and I'll go play at the casino of your choice thing is kind of lame but at the same time really cool because it's kind of a real way to engage his audience in his session. That one person at least and getting your audience engaged is the only way to long term success.

I have no idea why people are bringing up wars on other continents in this thread. There is a politics forum for that type of discussion. LVL is generally a politics-free zone with some exceptions about local issues. A war in Myanmar is not a local issue.

Best way to troll him there is to tell him he is awesome and should play 2/5 lol. And his fans would give those comments a thumbs up. Even he might give it a thumbs up.

His 1-2 results have gotten to be less meaningful to me. We know what to expect from him at that level. I'm curious what his 2/5 results would be over a much bigger sample size, and how big his swings would be at that level. His comments on hands, opponents, etc. in those games were more interesting IMO.

At this point he may be making enough to survive without having to work, and he thinks that's great, but it does make the vlog less interesting when he doesn't have any goals besides that. Operation uptick had some of his best videos this year.

People seem to think they're saving him from being bullied, even though they also think he doesn't read this thread. I guess it makes them feel better if they think they are helping him that way.

But they're really just big fans that don't want to see him get criticized. The people that get the most offended at any criticism are probably the most obsessed with him. Some seem to hold grudges against posters ITT.
